The cleaners were very punctual, showed up on time, and very thorough with the cleaning. It was nice because they were also able to shampoo my carpets using a professional shampooer. They used ladders to get to high places and steamers to clean everything as well, cleaned the windows, I was very impressed. I had to leave to go to an appointment but they sent me photos when they were done. I think they must've worked at least 10 or 11 hours... And the total was $1395 before tip. It was going to be around $975 without the shampoo. I think that is such a fair price for all the work they did. Many many more places that got missed. I do not recommend this company to anyone, will definitely never hire them again. Also they tried to reschedule on the same day of the service so I told them I don't want to reschedule, that's why they said they sent a second crew, not their main one, trying to blame it on me because I did not want to reschedule what was already set after all this happened. Their quote is similar or even higher than other quotes that I got, so my trust was put in a wrong place. Please see a few pics here after they were done cleaning. They were reliable and dependable. I had no reservations about them being in my home while I was not there. My frustrations came from a recurring pattern of missing details. For example: they left the door to my cat's litter box closed & he had an accident as a result. Several times surfaces like the mirrors & glass cooktop were streaky. They "organize" while they clean, but this often resulted in things being put in different places that were not logical to where they started. Dust on the bathroom light fixtures and top of the toilet tanks were never wiped down. I could potentially overlook these details but not for the cost. A team of two would be at my house for less than 90 minutes for a cost of $180. I would recommend them if you're not as concerned with these kinds of details.

Unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning did not make up for it. There was still visible dust and dirt on top of the backsplash, counters, and around the toilet when they left. We're not even convinced the bathroom floor was mopped. We also had to go back and vacuum our bedroom ourselves, including underneath the bed, because it had not been done. Even under the TV console wasn't fully vacuumed. I asked about the visible dust and whether this was truly considered a deep clean. The younger cleaner's attitude was dismissive (she said "well obviously) and unprofessional. Very little time was spent in the bedrooms and hallway. The only room we asked them not to clean was the nursery, and we even told them it was completely fine to vacuum while our baby was sleeping. For the amount of money we paid, this was nowhere near the quality of service we expected. We will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them based on our experience.
