My wife and I called A&S after we were experiencing a slow kitchen sink drain. We left.a message and now sooner when we hung up, Shane the owner of A&S called us back saying he would be at our house by noon. Shane kept us informed of their travel and arrival time. Shane and his partner were very prompt in their arrival time. Shane was already informed of the problem and came to my door with all the proper tools in hand. He explained the full process of clearing the drain line and possible causes. He worked to fully clear the line. Shane was extremely neat while working. He mitigated any risk of damage and kept his work area extremely clean. Sewer line cleaning can be pretty bad at times but with Shane's experience, he handles the worst situation in the most professional manner. I arrived home yesterday from work after 5 PM to discover there was water on my bathroom floor and laundry room. I called four plumbers and got their answering service. I was told that I'd get a call back, but after waiting for an hour I decided to call A & S. Shane answered and I explained to him my situation. He was at my house within 20 minutes. Our main line got clogged late on a Saturday and I reached out to Shane on Monday morning (knowing that plumbers charge more over the weekends normally). He came out around 1:30 on Monday afternoon, cleared the clog and stayed while I ran water and flushed toilets to ensure the clog was cleared. Very quick, efficient and also very affordable compared to another plumbing service I used for the same issue 16 months prior. Very nice and pleasant to talk to and very helpful. Shane and Ian were here today to do a drain cleaning job. It turned out to be a very difficult job that took a lot of time and trouble shooting. They didn't take a break until it was complete and my drains were all clear. They also were able to diagnose the problem and explain ways to prevent it from happening again. On Friday night 12/15/17 our powder room bathroom began flooding with water. We managed to get the water cleaned up but were now dealing with a huge problem. We texted Shane on Saturday morning and he walked us through some steps to maybe find out with the problem was. After telling him what was going on he said "he'd be over in a little bit."
