When I brought the overflowing issue to them, they came out the next day and looked into every inch of my house to find out the problem. Anthony and Daniel gave me the best possible solution which was repiping outside and cleaning out, and they answered every questions I had. While they were doing that, they also installed a garbage disposal in a breeze. They also saw the mold around back of my bathroom access and called mold professional to look into it which was super helpful. The last thing you ever ever want to happen is to your sewage line back up into your newly remodeled bathroom. This is the stuff that nightmares are made of. After cleaning up the most revolting mess of disgusting-ness I have ever seen and crying...yes there was lots of crying. I pulled myself together got out my phone and opened up my go to Yelp app to find a good plumber to fix this literal mess. Lucky me I found Clog Kings!! Honestly, in the past I have had some terrible luck finding a decent plumber so I was a bit apprehensive that someone would come out and fix the problem in a timely manner. In comes Brandon, plumber extraordinaire. Not only did he have great communication contacting me to confirm the appointment, let me know when he was en route, as well as keeping me informed as he worked on the problem we were having, he also came up with both a temporary plan of action so we had a working toilet the same day, as well as a future plan to permanently correct the problem in the near future. Brandon did all this with a smile on his face and a professional and friendly demeanor, even when some of the grossness splattered him on the face, poor guy. He coordinated another team member to come out and insert a clean out valve and identified our real issue. Tim came back and spent all day digging a hole and swapping out cast iron pipes for pvc. Look, I don't write these often and I get that in a world full of busy bees and overbooked contractors, I have GOT to hand it to these folks, because I think value exudes from their pores. We recently had an emergency overflow in our bathroom one morning and immediately called Clog Kings because they helped out in this location in the past. Requested someone to come by asap, they gave me an estimate of something like 3 days from that morning. I felt gutted and called a competitor to get someone out immediately. The competitor said they'd call me right back because they were "shooting a team photo". About 5 minutes later, I get a phone call thinking it was the competitor, but instead it was Josh from Clog Kings. Unfortunately had a overflowing toilet and a bathtub backup occur on the night after Thanksgiving. Contacted Clog Kings, and even though he had several other calls, Jeff promised he would be there but it would be late. I had no problem with that. He arrived about midnite and was already working out back by the time I got outside. He had resolved the problem within the hour. He was extremely professional, courteous and patient. OK, mixed review. My toilet flooded the bathroom when I flushed it. All of the water came out from under the toilet, leading me to believe the wax ring was shot. So, it's a Saturday and who do you call? I had Clog Kings out once before to replace my disposal and they did a decent job, so, I called them. He arrived within an acceptable time frame, fixed the problem, a broken wax ring and did a really nice job grouting around the toilet. Again, it was a weekend but I was still taken aback at the labor charge of $250 an hour! I should have asked beforehand. Such is life. read more

Clog Kings has been great to deal with each and every time. This time Josh came out to troubleshoot a wobbly toilet that our flooring people put back incorrectly and to help Install a vanity and do all of the associated plumbing. He was great to work with and helped find solutions to some of the problems that cropped up. I needed a water heater replaced on a weekday morning. It was not an emergency, but it had to get done that day. Clog Kings came out and had the job done in a few hours at a fair price. It was no nonsense and no crazy marketing to make a sale. I reached out to a few different plumbing companies, and all the others wanted about $3,000 for a simple, first floor, 40 gallon install without special hours. The other companies also tried to play the marketing game and get me to sign on for other services to reduce the cost that day. As a city, we cannot support those terrible business practices and extortionate prices. We noticed there was water in our garage and finally realized that it was coming from the water heater. We called them at 8:30am they immediately had a plumber call us back to schedule a time. He was here within a half hour was able to find the problem. He call Rheem to see if it was under warranty and it was not so after telling the Rheem operator the problem he gave him the part number to get a replacement. I had a slow drain in my half bath and I called Clog Kings to snake the plumbing. Marty was very responsive and got out to the house pronto. He tried snaking the sink, the stack and the trap. The line was seriously blocked. He then tried an acid treatment which unfortunately didn't work. He was able to make it out to the house first thing the next morning to do a hydro jet treatment.
