I loved working with this company when it was run by the father, but the son has taken over and is clearly greedy. I did thousands of dollars of business with them and will never call them or recommend them again. They pray on people and try to bilk them for as much money as they can get. He performed an assessment, and got to work. He took care of the problem (cleaned the line), ran water, flushed toilets and checked multiple times inside & out before wrapping up. I certainly don't ever enjoy paying a plumber and esp for an emergency call but when you need one, you need one and I wouldn't hesitate to ever use them again. I'm also a realtor and will absolutely put them at the top of my preferred vendor list.
