However, I would hate to see anyone else have to go through what we've been through with One Stop Kitchen and Bath. I hope this spares you months of aggravation, wasted time and money. They are unreliable in this field and extremely unprofessional as well. The positive reviews online are hard to understand. Once they've collected a significant deposit and a problem arises, don't expect a returned call or email in any timely fashion. I signed a contract with One Stop in May of 2025. At the time, I was very pleased with their design capabilities. We were adamant that we wanted solid wood cabinets. No MDF of any kind. The only cabinet line they sold that offered everything we wanted was their high end, and supposedly, fully customizable, Medallion line. We chose unfinished oak cabinets for the kitchen and unfinished maple for the laundry room and bathroom which would be painted white on site. Before leaving the showroom, we were told that if we wanted Medallion to paint our maple cabinets, they could do it in the factory. This felt like a good way to save time and money so we agreed. Several months later the cabinets arrived and we discovered a small, but crucial, oak cabinet missing. Because of its location in the kitchen, we were unable to finish installing the cabinets until it arrived. 2 months later! One Stop's extremely poor communication didn't help. The kitchen remodel was at a total standstill while we waited. Also, despite choosing a shaker style for the doors and drawers, the smallest cabinets were delivered with flat panels on the drawer fronts and doors. Not shaker. Apparently Medallion is not fully customizable as they do not offer that style in the smallest cabinets. So, in order to match the rest of the kitchen, we had to hire a carpenter to make them. More $ spent that wasn't in the budget. We also discovered that all the white, painted cabinet doors and drawer fronts were not maple. One Stop did not tell us that if Medallion painted them, the maple drawer fronts and doors would be swapped out for... you guessed it, MDF. To their credit, One Stop immediately reordered all the drawer fronts and doors in unfinished maple, but now we were forced to color match to the cabinet bodies, which was not ideal. This took another month to get. And, when the replacement doors for a glass front cabinet arrived, they were solid wood instead, and had to be ordered, AGAIN. Waited an additional month-plus. But, by far, the biggest issue was this... Despite having specifications for ALL the appliances we planned to purchase for the kitchen, One Stop ordered a cabinet that did not fit the built-in microwave. We did not discover this until after all the cabinets had been painted AND installed. Panic mode set in. The countertops were ready to go in, but in order for our microwave to fit, not one, but TWO cabinets would need to be ripped out, reconfigured, reordered, then painted and re-installed. By now, we knew the months it would take to complete. We agreed to a change in our design in order to move forward with what had already been delivered, but wanted One Stop to order cabinet doors to cover the odd opening that was once supposed to fit the microwave. The first set of doors came but were much smaller than the opening and with glass fronts. They fit no cabinet opening we had anywhere in the house and had to be reordered. A month more. The second set of doors arrived twice as large as the opening and had to be reordered. Another month. The third set of doors arrived and while they almost fit, they were delivered in maple, not oak and look noticeably different than all the other kitchen cabinets. We are exhausted by One Stop. I emailed them about my 4th set of cabinet doors, for the microwave cabinet opening on a design we didn't even want. That email was sent almost 2 weeks ago. Crickets. We understand that there are sometimes glitches in construction, but this is ridiculous. Run, don't walk, away from this company.

Our refrigerator / freezer stopped working properly. The appliance was purchased from Spichers 11…read moreyears ago. Spichers had the invoice still in its system. A tech was sent to check the unit. It checked out okay, and I was only charged a service fee and I was not pressured into installing additional parts that may or may not have been needed or buy a new appliance. But, within a few days, the refrigerator / freezer was not working right again. Another tech was sent out and installed a new control panel, and I was charged only for the panel (no additional service fee). So far, the refrigerator / freezer is working as it should. Kenny, the Chief Service and Parts Officer, scheduled both calls efficiently and emailed me the dates and times for my approval. He gave me a 2-hour window for each call. On the days of service, I was notified of the exact time the techs would be arriving. Both techs (Bobby and Tyler) were courteous and knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. I called the office to receive copies of the invoices for both calls. Within minutes, Rebecca emailed the invoices to me. About the only drawback is that they don't necessarily pre-check all their items, so you may occasionally have to call them in to deal with something (like dud icemakers) that should have been caught before putting the appliance on the floor. (They did fix mine, after clearing it with the warranty people, and it is now working properly.)

Not sure if this is typical for the business, but beware that this is a possibility. Incompetence or laziness I'm not sure, but either way it's not how a business should be run.

And they did additional work that they now claim did not need to be done, and without getting our authorization to do the work, want to charge us for it. I was told that it would take about 2-3 weeks to get my lawnmower looked at for a quote. I was fine with this because I understand that this is peak season, so I waited patiently. I was explained the fees and such and expected around $300-400 for everything. Anyway, I waited the almost three weeks and called back to see the status on my quote. Hunter did not give me a definite answer immediately and said he would call me back. I waited three days with no response. (apparently someone typed the wrong phone number.) Somehow the repairs/service then went up to about $760 dollars for new blades, a spring service and a belt replacement. I respectively declined after speaking to a few people about my quote. My lawnmower brand new is around $1700. After declining, Hunter said he would call me back with another quote for the pick up fee and the diagnostic; which I am not sure why they need to call back for that. The diagnostic fee and the pick up for the lawnmower ended up being over 100 dollars, which I find ridiculous. (My father in law is picking up the lawnmower at the shop now, so they never had to even bring my mower back to me.) I doubt the diagnosis took the techs very long and this fee was never explained at the beginning. I asked Hunter if that fee was added after I decided not to do business with them and that is when Hunter began passive aggressively arguing with me. I tried cutting him off saying I was just voicing that I feel like their services are way too expensive and Hunter continued to argue with me. At one point, I had to tell Hunter that I found him very unprofessional that he was still arguing with me after I began giving him my credit card information. His response was "I would expect a comment like that from you". That is not how you treat customers period, even if the customer decided that they were too expensive. Most of my life I worked customer service and was a manager in the optical field for five years. When customers complained that my products were too expensive I just listened apologized and kept it moving; never would I of argued with them! That is a lesson Hunter needs to learn. I hope anyone who reads this finds a better lawnmower repair shop with better customer service, a faster turn around time for quotes, and one that has fairer repair/service rates!

My three horses have no water. Horses can colic and die if they don't have access to water. I pulled out my paperwork from those inspections wherein they stated that the pump was in good working order, but then I discovered that the water test was conducted from the kitchen sink. The house is on a whole house water filtration system, so that's something I believe I should be reimbursed for. God knows what my horses are drinking. They weren't able to send anyone today, so I contacted another emergency repair service who showed me the disaster of wires at the well head (submersible pump), and stated that it should've been noted and addressed. Now, I get to pay through the nose for a last-minute pump replacement TOMORROW with no water on the premises. I DO NOT recommend this company since they seem to lack any form of conscientiousness.
