I would have never heard of this store if not for my wife. It's located in the Leesburg premium outlets. Conveniently located close to one of the entrances. Very clean store. The associate helping us was very friendly and knowledgeable. They are a little pricey, but high quality. It's not the stuff you get from Walmart. Right now there is a factory sale going on which saves you 35% off. read more

I'm a big fan of Le Creuset products. I recently bought a 3 1/2 quart enameled Dutch oven here - in an attractive blue color. It had a slight defect on the inside - which I observed before buying. I think most of the stuff here is considered "seconds" - that is stuff that is not in perfect condition, therefore they sell it at a reduced price. I've used my 3 1/2 quart DO many times - to cook Turkey legs in Duck fat, to saute Andouille and Cajun sausages, and more. It always does a great job! Service was good! read more

The Le Creuset Outlet is a candy store! Usually everything is 30% off and certain items up to 50%. Great selection & choice of colors. I've owned Le Cruset for years. It's worth it's weight in gold. My only complaint is, if anyone is listening, there's not a Le Creuset Outlet closer to me in Montgomery County. :) read more

I love Le Creuset. Not only their enameled cast iron cookware is awesome and makes good cooking, but their choice of colors makes it look good with any decor. And they have a tremendous variety of cooking utensils, from roasters, french ovens, braisers, you name it. This store is conveniently located by Wiliams Sonoma and in addition, has a multitude of cooking accessories for sale. Their prices at this store, although not cheap, are much cheaper than what one finds in retail stores. read more

I think this is only the second time that I've been to this store at the Leesburg outlet, its been around for a while. For those not familiar Le Creuset is quite high end cookware but people do swear by it. I actually have a big old stock pot and its so sturdy I've had it for 10 year and still looks great. I came in looking for a very specific item, which was a holder for my kitchen utensils. Well upon coming in none of the three employees there bothered to greet us despite not being over-run with customers. But no biggie, I really wanted to look for my item and leave the outlets since it was so crazy busy in general. I find what I was looking for in the color I wanted, my husband wants to look around a bit so we do that, and then proceed to the check out. Granted we didn't bother to read the paper posted on the doors but that particular day they were having connectivity issues with their HQ in S. Carolina so they accepted credit cards but they had to do the transactions manually meaning they use the carbon copy paper with the plate. I do remember having to use that device way back when I used to work at Erol's video. Initially I was going to use my debit card since I only had a few dollars on me but they said I'd have to leave behind my name/address/phone in addition to the manual credit card transaction. My husband thankfully had some cash on hand so we just elected to use good old greenbacks. Hopefully they'll get that resolved quickly. Overall they have a wide assortment of Le Creuset items so whether or not you're shopping for a new set, single replacement items, or looking to get something else for your cooking needs, they have a wide variety in their various colors that their items come in, just remember though their items are a bit high end so expect their kitchen pots to be a bit pricey. read more

This is my home store for LC. I come here almost every week. I called it my 2nd home. The store is very clean and well organized. You can easily find the things you are looking for. All the staffs are very professional and makes you feel like home. They are very polite and knowledgeable. They explain each product very well. The store manager Iryna is the best because she will go above and beyond to help you find your dream pots and sends email to follow up. I highly recommended this store with no reservation. Nice store but don't expect to get any (!) customer service after you purchased the product and you are not happy with it. This place certainly does not stand behind their products they sell and returns of items is made impossible by their staff if minor packaging items are missing. read more

This outlet has a large selection of seconds that come with full warranties. Even more discount if you don't have your heart set on a certain color and can take advantage of discontinued colors. Jam-packed but yet attractively laid out, makes it easy find the size and color you want. read more

The woman working yesterday afternoon around 6 pm was friendly and greeted me and asked if I needed help. Unfortunately, I didn't think the items were priced competitively enough to warrant a purchase so I left empty handed. That said, there were a variety of items in different colors. Some colors were less expensive than others, and I think you can create your own set and get a discount. read more

This is about the terrible customer service I received from Le Creuset when placing an expensive order directly from them. There were four left of the color dutch oven I wanted, so I quickly placed my order online for that, and a ceramic lasagna pan with lid. First of all, because my order was over $350 I was offered a free gift. At check-out I was shown the option of two mugs or another item, so I selected two mugs, but it wouldn't register on my final ticket. So I called and was told my only choice was an item which wasn't even among my choices at checkout. She said I could not switch this for their usual offering of two mugs. She told me the code to enter for the free gift, and I completed the order. Several days later, I received an email stating the color dutch oven I'd ordered was in fact out of stock, and that they'd refunded my card for that item. Then when I rec'd the lasagna pan and free gift, I was doubly disappointed. The pan had a "Made in China" sticker on the bottom...huh??? And the free gift was three tiny flower shaped "ramekins" too small to use for ANYTHING! I then wrote customer service to see if, once the pot was back in stock, I'd still be able to get it at the sale price. I was sent a coupon code with no indication of what it would save me. When I wrote back requesting clarification, I heard nothing. When I then wrote asking to speak with a manager, I received a response saying my request had been forwarded to a mgr, but I never heard back. This is one of the best stores where you can get all your kitchen needs with the best quality for a life time. Prices are decent and they frequently have sales which make shopping easier. Outstanding Service very knowledgeable staff specially the store sales person Iryna is very very nice, humble and knowledgable. She will listen to your needs and guide you towards the right product. This was my first visit to a Le Creuset outlet, having recently started collecting stoneware pieces in the Cerise (red) color, to match a Le Creuset cast-iron cocotte in Cerise, and this was an excellent experience. Not only were first-quality items all 10% off, but all red-colored items were an additional 30% off! I was in heaven. Plus, they had the heart-shaped baking dish and heart-shaped mini cocotte I was looking for, as well as cute items that I hadn't known I needed, like a covered casserole, a pie bird, and a teabag holder. I ended up buying 28 items! Everything was a fantastic bargain. Here's a shout-out to Iryna, who provided exceptional customer service and made the experience so great. She let me wander and browse to my heart's content, but she was there in a second if I had a question or needed advice or help. I felt no pressure at all to buy. Having been with Le Creuset for years, Iryna is extremely knowledgeable about the products, and I learned a lot from her. She offered -- I did not have to ask -- to bring out all her stock in the items I wanted, so that I could inspect and choose which particular pieces I wanted. Who does that?! Iryna! She even helped me inspect each piece before buying, and she's even more particular and eagle-eyed than I am LOL.
