We were also charged for projector screens that we were unable to use due to a lack of proper connections, and no refund was offered. The hotel manager Gigi Benton did not have least bit of compassion as we explained what the situation was and sent my daughter away without any consideration to her needs or lack of transportation without a care in the world.
