I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this service provider. Despite initially accepting the job, he delayed my project, citing a lack of parts, which was the first red flag. His inflexibility with scheduling was a major issue. I made numerous attempts to accommodate his timings, offering several days (Tuesday morning/lunch, all day Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) and even my lunch hour during any day of the week (only because he said it would only take 5 mins), but he was unyielding and refused to consider anything other than the 30-minute window he offered. Furthermore, the business owner had assured me the job would only take about 5 minutes, yet he was unwilling to make the drive for this brief task, despite being only 35 minutes away, not the 40-50 minutes he claimed. This further highlights his unreliability and tendency to mislead. His lack of commitment was further highlighted when he abruptly informed me at 6 PM the day before to tell me my only option was 8 am-8:30 am the next morning, without any prior notice, despite our agreement. Yet, I still tried to meet him halfway and asked if he could do 7:30 am-8:00 am, but he would not budge. Overall, his unprofessional attitude, lack of reliability, and unwillingness to cooperate or compromise on scheduling have led me to the conclusion that he is not dependable. I cannot recommend his services as he does not keep his word, expects clients to adapt entirely to his schedule, and shows a complete disregard for their time constraints. This was an unacceptable level of service and a total disregard for customer needs. I am revising this review because minutes after I posted the initial review, he started texting me again, but this time his behavior was even more concerning, resorting to taunting, disrespectful messages, and escalating to threats. I have documented these texts and will be reporting him if he follows through with his threats. Given these experiences and his latest unacceptable conduct, I strongly advise against doing business with him for your own safety and peace of mind. read more

Diego and team are awesome and we are really happy with the detailed and quality work they did. He came all the way from Atwater to Tracy before the actual appointment to take a look at the Tesla Solar Roof to make sure his gutters will work. He was super detailed and thoughtful over text messaging making sure he wouldn't void any warranty with Tesla. We got the black 6" K style seamless and white downspouts, he also added some custom black splash guards for the valleys. read more

This summer I found some wood rot on a piece on my facia behind my old plastic rain gutters. When I took down the old plastic gutters, they were breaking from being dried out by the hot Central Valley sun. So after I replaced my facia, I was going to need new aluminum gutters. I called A&S Seamless Gutters and spoke with Diego. He came out for an estimate on the weekend and did the measurements and gave me a quote. Diego was great at answering my questions and returning text messages. I had to postpone my appointment after finding more wood rot and having to take more time for facia repairs and Diego was very accommodating.
