Robert called and stated he was ten minutes away. 45 minutes later I receive a text stating his vehicle would not make it up the road to my house. This is often an issue as there are two roads to take. One is impassible. Google Maps knows this and routes people the easier route (which semi trucks and large vehicles take daily with no issues). Prior to the conversation with Robert, Jose stated if Robert couldn't make it up that day he would schedule me for the following Wednesday for Inspection. No one called or showed up Wednesday either. When I called Robert THE OWNER to ask what happened to my Wednesday appointment he said I wasn't honest about how far up a dirt road I live on (like I didn't provide my service address originally.) When asked why I never received a call about the missed appointment I was told I should have called him. Why is the customer responsible for confirming an appointment the contractors office made? Absolutely horrendous customer service and an absolute joke of a contractor who takes zero accountability for his companies poor organization. If I could give zero stars I would.
