So I text him asking if he is still going to come. No response. I call a second time, no answer however he then texts me "please text me". AGAIN, I ask if he was coming and he said he left me a voice message saying he was in traffic about 40 min ago (and he did not!) Walter is not only a liar but rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Jorge & his assistant did an amazing job! They were prompt & efficient & always cleaned up after each work day. We needed a new shower wall, tile floors, toilet & vanity installed. Also, due to the extent of the water damage we also had to replace some cabinet shelves & baseboards behind the bathroom shower. Jorge explained the process each day, and was very nice & respectful. I deliberately examined each painter then I met Fidel Garcia of New View Painting who showed up immediately after a Home Advisor (Angi's List) request. I was impressed by his humility and respectfulness which I did not find from the other arrogant painters before him. He said he wanted to prove to my friends/neighbors that my house roof/exterior painting project is "his business card". He did not disappoint. He is a one-man company with a few help from his friends. He worked so hard from day one up to conclusion day. He is very reliable who showed up on time and professionally went to work right away. He is licensed and it definitely showed in his skills and abilities. He is communicative, cleaned up after each work day as agreed, placing all his tools at a designated place in my yard. He is respectful of my time, my belongings, and space. He is friendly, precise and attentive to detail. Finally, he finished the project within the mutually-agreed time frame.
