I called to find out why they canceled twice and the person who answered the phone was ridiculously RUDE! No business owner should talk to a customer the way he spoke to me! I called my insurance company again and for the 3rd time confirmed that this towing company canceled, not us and not the insurance company. When I called to speak to the new towing provider to explain what happened he wasn't shocked to hear this company had done this. Apparently they have a horrible reputation. Thanks for wasting our day because you clearly didn't want to do your job. I will do everything o can to make sure that my insurance company drops you as a provider!! I only wish there was a way to leave negative stars because you're not even worthy of the one I had to give you an order to leave the review!! EDIT: No I don't have 2 accounts. My son originated the towing request. I'm the policyholder and was the person who spoke directly to the towing company after the third cancellation. Common courtesy, and good business practice dictate that if you are coming from a distance, you would make an attempt to get ahold of someone. And YES!! the insurance confirmed that you canceled we did not and neither did the insurance you said it yourself. We didn't answer our phones, but that's actually not the case because neither me nor my son ever got a phone call. We were waiting at the property and you never showed. Did it ever dawn on you to get your butt out of the truck and knock on the door. You saw the car there! You're unprofessional and us waiting from 8-2 only for you to turn around and cancel a third time is inexcusable. So maybe you can understand my frustration. We called a couple of towing services, I even tried AAA and they were non-responsive. I called Johnny at KB. He looked the situation over and towed us from Tracy to Walnut Creek. This was late at night and we were just happy to be home He took extra time to make sure he didn't scratch the bottom of the car or any parts of the car. I drive a Porsche so I was concerned about that and he was very good about that. My wife and I and Johnny had a great conversation all the way back to Walnut Creek where he unloaded our car I hope they never need a towing service again in Tracy, but if I do, I will absolutely call Johnny at KB.
