Broken down in Mossdale just outside of Tracy, California yesterday found me and my good friend and my little dog who'd just come from Jules Vet in Tracy in a pickle and uncomfortable. Francisco's Tow of Turlock was dispatched we were informed by my auto insurance who took the call for help. Francisco's Tow was the third, yes I said third tow truck company dispatched by my auto insurance and he was the only business that actually arrived over the 4 hours we sat in the Chevron gasoline station off the freeway on the Mossdale exit waiting to be taken home. I was 100% satisfied with Francisco's work. He also unloaded my SUV fairly deep into our driveway and under the area where the carport's roof is. He did this so swiftly I didn't even see it happy. He is skilled. It was after 10 o'clock in the evening and we'd been there since 6 o'clock. Exhausted, thirsty, and worn out from constantly having to phone the insurance back to report the other two tow truck companies never showed. Once Franciso was dispatched he was there in under 30 minutes, apologized for our predicament, and moved so swiftly to move my SUV onto his custom shiny black state-of-the-art tow truck that within no more than 10 minutes all of us were ready to roll home to Turlock. He was SO super nice, courteous, intelligent, knowledgable, and sincere. He was gentle with my vehicle which I appreciated. He truthfully was. He is my go-to now if I have anything to say about it. The inside of the cab was roomy and sat us all; a total of 3 people and my itty bitty dog. Clean chilled bottle water was offered too; nice touch! Super clean inside and out with no rubbish anywhere. Cierra was our tow truck driver and she was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond helping my elderly mom and I tow our car to a great shop in Turlock, CA plus she called a safe and nice hotel for us to stay the night and even drove us to the hotel. She was our Angel sent to help us in the mist of our travel to Portland, OR. I locked my keys in my car at work today, due to a key fob issue. Silly me, I got out of the car and had to lock the door the old fashioned way. Forgot to grab my keys and throw them into my purse, and double check that I had them. My son car ball joint broke on his car and broke down in the middle of the street in Turlock. I'm in Stockton panicking about the situation.
