Rashed was excellent! He was very helpful. I have a 43' diesel pusher rv. It was very tight moving it out of the diesel repair shop where it was located. He guided me and helped me negotiate a tight corner to get around the building. He was diligent in ensuring that it was properly hooked to the tow truck. He removed my rock guard to prevent damage to it and replaced it when we arrived at the location. It was a long tow - 71 miles. We followed him all the way. He drove safely. Waste of time and rude!!! I called and the guy on the phone sent someone to my car. I told them I was in a school parking lot. The guy on the phone said the tow truck driver would call me and he never did. Then I saw the tow truck drive by and I waved but he didn't see me so he left. We were on route to Grand Canyon in our RV on Saturday when we started to lose tire pressure on one of our passenger side dually's. We stopped at the closet American Tire and found that it was a faulty valve. Unfortunately, the valves are not standard and couldn't be replaced so we had to get a tow to our home dealership ~70 miles away. Metro towing turned up on time as promised with an incredible low loader to transport our RV back. Rasheed and his colleague were fantastic. We instantly saw reddish liquid leaking heavily and decided to call roadside assist through my insurance to tow my car back to Fresno for further inspection. My daughter's car broke down in Modesto on her commute home from Turlock to Lodi. AAA didn't have any available tow truck that could tow her home, but told us to get it towed by another company and they would reimburse. We called Metro Towing and got towed within half an hour. Our tow truck driver, Nasir, even called to let us know he was almost at our location. He quickly hooked up the car and drove it to our location. WOW. So my husband got side swiped by a semi's loose tire that flew into the front end of his car at 3am. Crazy. Great service from Metro Towing! My car broke down and I had to get it towed. Tony was very professional and let me know his arrival time at the beginning as well as when he was almost to me. It happened to be very early in the morning so I was grateful they were able to accommodate me in a timely manner. I had to get a ride with the tow and I have to say this is the nicest tow truck I've ever seen. It was my first time getting in a minor accident but ended up needing a tow to my house, which was a little under an hour away. Was super bummed out but did what I needed to do and called. Once they were on their way over the weight was taken away. Alex's communication was fantastic. He called and let us know he was on the way and when he would be there. As I said, it was my first time so I wasn't exactly sure what I needed to do but he was very understanding and patient and walked me through it, and everything went smooth and stress free. Called my roadside assistance for a tow and they gave me "Metro Towing at 3:54" which was just over an hour wait. Ok. Understandable. But then 4pm rolled around and no one had shown up. My phone rang, a surly man told me he would be there around 5. "Excuse me? The text from my insurance says 3:54 which means you're already late, it's going to be another HOUR?" He replied "yeah. That's what my GPS says. A few minutes before 5." We went back and forth, I was obviously distressed and even said that my repair shop closes AT 5 so I wasn't going to be able to give them my keys. He repeated "my GPS says 5, I had another call." I said "well I guess I don't really have a choice do I?" And hung up. 3 minutes later, his dispatch called and asked if I still wanted the tow because the driver said I hung up on him. I said "I talked to him for five minutes! I even said I had no choice but to wait!" Further explained my frustration with his extra hour of wait time. The dispatcher apologized and said "he was supposed to call you when he got the call to go to a CHP call - did he?" NO. If he had, I'd have requested a different tow! Just send him, jeez. My husband called the repair shop who VERY nicely agreed to stay open until we got there and I continued to wait. My husband actually offered to come switch me cars so I didn't have to deal with the driver. I said no, I didn't want to look like I needed my man to fight my battles. At 5 the tow truck drove past me and turned on the wrong street. Then he called me and I redirected him to the address on the call, half a block and a turn behind him. He loaded up my car, no pleasantries. I got in with the driver and he asked what the easiest way to get to the repair shop was. I advised him so he could avoid the major traffic areas and then sat silently. Not angrily, not rudely. Attempting to diffuse the situation because I was now a woman alone in a car with a surly man who had already talked down to her. About a block into the drive he said "I know you're mad but that's not my problem." I did not reply. I instantly texted my husband the comment so I wouldn't forget the exact wording. My husband was not happy. He knows that I'm not the kind of woman who backs down so the fact that I wasn't telling this guy off meant that I was wary of his surly attitude and complete lack of respect. I in fact made a few comments about crazy roundabouts and traffic along the way in an attempt to deflect from me being on red alert. We arrived at the repair shop, I jumped out and stepped away so that he could unload my car, the owner of the shop nodded politely, my husband texted me that he was coming around to the garage side, as soon the path was clear and I had signed his pad, I headed inside. I thought that was the end of it. But then....later that night I got a text with what I assumed was an auto response asking me to leave a review so that he could get a monthly bonus. I shared it with my husband who said "are you f-ing serious!? You should call in a complaint. That's ridiculous." I was going to just leave it. But then the next night at 9:16pm I got another text. A question mark. That was it. Just a rude, disrespectful, surly "?" At 9:16 at night. So. Here I am. Writing a review. If your roadside assistance says that "Musa from Metro Towing" will be there in an hour - cancel it and request someone else. read more

Ok... so my car gave out on me on a freeway off ramp & I contacted my insurance company (ALLSTATE THEY SUPER SUCK!) for a tow at 2:15pm I was inform that Metro Towing was assigned to my claim & that they would arrive between 3:05-3:15 pm. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I waited until 3:16 before calling & asking what the ETA was... I was informed that the tow was en route and would be there momentarily.... Next thing I know it's 4:05 and once agin I'm on the phone calling asking where in gods name the freakin tow is.... he showed up about 2 min into the call with the dispatch... the actual guy who towed my car was quick, fast, & efficient so I give him 5 stars.... the company overall took an additional hour to get to me which would have been fine if they would have just been honest about it in my initial call. I paid $52.00 bucks out of pocket in overages the distance to my house was 22.8 miles. read more
