Yailin was my esthetician and she went above and beyond. She didn't rush me, push product and even customized their special to my skin's needs. I've always liked Pure + Simple's facials but it's just the last bit where they push products that kill me, but Leslie's location is not like that at all! Will definitely be coming back. If you're new to facials, you can try one of their monthly specials which is usually about $15 off. I have never gotten an infection, which is why I continue to go there. I have recommended it to friends and family. The place is clean and organized anytime that I visit. I have gone at different times of day. I sometimes make an appointment, but usually I just walk in. I will continue to go there. I enjoy the service I receive and the ladies know me by name and when my birthday is. We have lovely conversations while I am receiving my service. Other times I take a nap and wake up when it is over. Overall, excellent service!

I picked a $50 pedicure and was charged for the one over and above that. I wasn't sure what came with it, so I didn't know that she was doing extras without asking. on top of that is three days removed right now and two of my toes hurt to the touch as she did damage. I didn't realize they had such a bad reviews and now I understand why.

My massage therapist was Kimmy, she is a smaller set woman but, don't let that fool you...She is so strong! (and she told me that the pressure she gave with my massage was medium-hard). She concentrated on my lower back as I had mentioned to her that I had lower back pain in the past and it had only eased up a little when I got a new pillow. She also worked on my other muscles just as hard, which was great! I love that this clinic offers a discount to members who sign up for their prepay plan option. I did not feel pressured into signing up for this plan at all. Alison gave me all the details of the plan and assured me that there is no term, no contract and no fees for cancellation. She gave me a brochure with all the details and pricing to take home so i could take my time to make a decision on whether i want to sign up or not. That put me at ease as it didn't make me feel like I was being roped into something that'll end up costing me an arm and a leg in the long run. I will definitely look into taking advantage of this option!

Going back for more in the near future. My massage however was another story... After I was shown my room, I undressed and laid face-down on the table. I did not understand I had to go under the sheets. When my therapist walked in, his reaction made me feel ashamed to show my body. After that, I felt very self-conscience. My mind kept reeling with how awful I must look half-naked to someone else. The massage therefore was not relaxing and there was no rapport established. It was my first visit. I got my hair coloured and was a bit disappointed. I spent approximately $200 on my hair (just getting it coloured-nothing else) and for that price, you want to love it! I showed pictures and described what I wanted but, after coming home, my family and friends told me it barely looked different and I have to say I must agree which led to my disappointment as it wasn't what I asked for. I was also charged for toners and other treatments that I wasn't aware were being used nor asked if I wanted them!!
