Just make sure you walk in the front door past the gate, I walked into the loading dock by accident! When I asked him if he knew what lock I was was talking about he said yeah, we just don't carry that one. I asked him if he could get it and: Do you know how much it is installed? How long might it take to get? All questions went unanswered and he said let me take your number and I'll call you back. Two weeks later, I decided to stop back. Each time I went, the doors were locked and the hands on the plastic clock were pointed to an hour from then. Eventually I made it back there and caught him actually at work. I was The same guy told me I must've given my number to someone else, and that he didn't take it. He was wrong. It was HIM. And it was him that never called me back. At this point I feel like I feel like this guy just doesn't want my money. Then he answers the phone in the middle of our conversation and continues to stay on the phone despite the fact that I already waited about 10 minutes for the previous customer to finish and leave. Then he hangs up and asks for my number again and says let me find out what I can do. I left my number chuckling as I read the numbers aloud. That was about a month ago.
