I call them to get advisement on possible solutions and after waiting for an eternity to speak to someone. I get told it's because there was a heavy downpour of rain last night. He then gave an attitude towards me and told me to call tomorrow. I called another couple of stores who say they'll assist and get disconnected with them. I call headquarters to explain my plight and told that they can't do anything. If you need a good company to get a quality lawnmower and decent customer service, then I definitely don't recommend ace hardware. I will never buy anything from them

She comes back. I'm here wow well hello to you too. She slams the door to her little cubby that she's in. but she is very rude Customer Service. She should not be dealing with no customers or wait. It might be me who knows but she was rude. Oh, her name is Carmela she gives me back my change and says here in a rude tone. The time snap on the receipt is 2:29 PM. She was very nice to the other people that were there you gotta wonder sometimes.

Never even knew Barton was here but I'm glad I found it, instead of waiting a week for Home Depot to ship the part, I got it that day and could continue with my bathroom renovation. Just make sure you walk in the front door past the gate, I walked into the loading dock by accident! Employees are very helpful though, and helped me find my way to the register and find exactly what I needed.
