I am so happy with the service they provided! This dress was too long and wouldn't zip all the way... I went to two other places and they turned me down. As soon as I stepped in, they invited me in with open arms and turned my dress into a dream!! They added the corset so it can fit me anytime and they also hemmed the bottom so it would fit right at my ankles. S/o Mary for all the help and the seamstress as well! The pricing was reasonable as my wife's shoes were suede and required extra care. The results were fantastic! The toe box had significant scuffing and it's almost as if they were never there. I don't recommend this place. I dropped off a sweater to remove a stain which they said they could do. When I received it back, the stain was the same. Then I asked for a refund but they denied me saying they did a general cleaning which I could have done myself. read more

I was looking for a dry cleaner and found this one which has good reviews. Sadly, I was disappointed. I needed my dress for an event performance. They left a burn mark from the iron I'm assuming, and they forgot to give me the ribbon which ties the dress up in the back. This caused me enormous stress before my show when I discovered the ribbon was missing. They were very apologetic and refunded my money. read more

I really like going to Albert to get my clothes dry cleaned. They come out clean and crisp. I've brought my traditional ao dai, maid of honor gown, trench coat, and fuzzy cardigan to get clean. My fuzzy cardigan actually didn't come out how I expected it to come out as all of the fibers came out. I originally bought the jacket because of how soft it was and after a run at Albert's it came out very rough and stiff. Frantic and sad, I called up Albert and he told me to come in to work something out. After a good look, he told me that it would be a bad idea to do anymore cleaning to it unless it's a hand wash. The tag on my garment said dry clean so I knew it should have been appropriate. However, I also knew that dry cleaning has its risks. Albert was kind enough to offer me a check for the depreciate right value as the result didn't come out the way I wanted it to. I'm very impressed with the way that Albert handled this situation. I really wanted a my cardigan to come back to life as it was a fairly new purchase. Even though, he didn't have to, he still went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I would highly recommend his cleaning services. However, take caution with any soft fuzzy garments as they might not come out as soft as they once were. There is a small parking lot but he has two spots reserved for him. There's also street parking as well. Also, his prices can't be beat. I called around to compare and his were the lowest. read more
