Their prices are standard to everyone else but they are also cash only so don't forget the bills as they don't take a card. I made an appointment for 2pm, I got there maybe 10 mins early because I'm use to it being busy in Miami so I wanted to get there early. As I walk in she greeted me lovely, and let me know all colors are available as I was looking at the wall. She mentioned cash only which is understandable. After getting cash from atm, I sat down she gave me a bottle of water and began the work. She pays very, VERY close attention to your nails and she learns your style with a few questions she has for you (Ex. Well the service was NOT great, I asked the nail technician to stay away from a certain area of my foot (sole) because of healing cut (wound). Unfortunately, she did not and I saw STARS .... Silly me thinking she would pay attention to what I asked her to stay away from. The whole time there which was one hour only two walk-ins came in (maybe it is a bad location or the service is NOT great). When I finished and went to pay the bill I was told that "the credit card machine does not work". They want me to pay with cash instead of credit card. First of all I did not feel comfortable with that and nothing was posted in the front stating "no credit card transactions" and then the asked to pay via phone to another person that has a credit card machine...... oh "NO". In this economy, it's tough to set aside money for these extras so there is some expectation of good service. We tipped well (20%) but were prepared to tip more. My experience over the phone is always questionable considering that if a tech answers the phone they always have to pass it off to someone else rather than being able to answer questions asked about service. My first time calling was on a Sunday, I was told it was too booked out for a walk in/ make any appointments & then had to seek service elsewhere. My first appointment I just had acrylic removed. My second appointment I asked for an acrylic overlay on my natural nails. The vibes are always busy. No one really talks, but the techs between themselves which you can't even join in because it's in another language. When I have tried to have genuine conversations with the techs it's met with no replies. Which makes for a very awkward interaction. This last service when I called to make an appointment I was met with attitude when I simply asked what the appointment would need to be booked as considering I got overlay & hadn't done that before. The phone got passed around and then whoever I spoke to got really annoyed it seemed when I kept asking questions about service. I then come to my appointment(a few minutes late), but then just sat there waiting. My appointment was at 6:30& they didn't even bring me back for a pedicure until 7:15. They didn't ask me what kind of pedicure or even give me a price list. Then when the tech finally started on my nails it was 7:48 and they close at 8pm. So at this point I can tell she is rushing and she didn't even ask if I wanted my nails long or not. She just shaved down all the grown of my natural nails which honestly still has me very frustrated. She mentioned cutting some, but not COMPLETELY FILLING DOWN ALL MY NAIL. Then cut to when I go to pay they charged me $53 for a FILL. Yeah, read that again. A FILL which I was told should be cheaper. So I ended up walking out paying $110 and still included a tip. Luckily I pulled extra money out before the appointment. If i didn't I wouldn't have had enough. This was completely unprofessional & lack of communication makes for a very bad interaction. Currently you can see where the fill was because I wanted French, but my nails are literally 2 colors & then the French tip. My service was rushed, overpriced, and not even saved with a good interaction. If I was a regular I could partly understand the lack of questions, but again I have only been here a couple of times. Not enough for them to completely autopilot and not ask for what I want considering I am PAYING for a service. Considering all the great reviews from the place, this is very surprising & upsetting.
