We made an appointment ahead of time for two pedicures in the middle of the day. The person I was with had her service done by who she regularly sees there. But I was very obviously a learning experience for the new person. The first few minutes they literally just filed my wet toenails into all different shapes even though I said I wanted French tip. I looked around and saw a few other workers just hanging around, I was going to ask for someone more experienced but I figured he HAD to be good enough if they gave me him for my service. Fast forward about 20 minutes later my toenail cuticles were not tended to, same thing with any dead skin around my toenail. (gross but let's be for real here, it's part of the service.) As he's painting my toes he's trying to cut and fix my now dry cuticles. Attempting to salvage this experience I guess, wiping stuff off and then recurring my nails, there was 0 method. I had to actually say something about the shape of my toenail once he had "finished" the French tip. It was not even on either side and I was not looking to walk around like that for a month when I could've done a better job myself at that point. Another worker had to redo all of my French tips, and fixed most of the previous mistakes so it was like having a second pedicure. This is all while the person I'm with is finished up just waiting for me. I really do not strive to be difficult but in this economy, going out for a pedicure is a treat and it didn't feel like that. I felt my service was very rushed through and a half ass job. Even tho I came in asking for the same service as who I was with, I definitely did not receive the same attention and care. I didn't even get a hot towel or a half ass foot rub with lotion. I was charged full price but given two small lotions as maybe an apology???? Moral of the story, don't put someone in your store to work that isn't able to execute consistent and quality work. I assume it was the owner I was next to who was just watching TV while all of this happened. I, as a customer, shouldn't feel the need to correct the person doing my service. Being put in a situation where I felt less than important definitely affected the overall experience for me. A pedicure should be a luxury, not a learning experience. This place simply isn't what it used to be. Also it smelled like someone was making ramen noodles in the back and it was gross. read more

The name of this place is spot on. I've never been to a more perfect nail salon. They are friendly, attentive and amazing at what they do. Every time I get a pedicure they massage me for at least 15 minutes, it's my favorite part! They are also clean, I've never had an issue or noticed anything unsightly. read more

BEST PEDICURES, you won't get a simple $25 pedi here. The least expensive is $40 but it's so worth it! Lots of massage and hot rocks. The woman really took her time with everything I will definitely be back! read more

Don't expect great conversation, but the work they do is on par. I'm always in an out under an hour, even if I'm getting acrylics removed and gels put on, so they definitely know how to do their job. You're not paying out the bum for their services, so don't go in expecting a high end salon job. They are very respectable in their work, though, and everyone there is pretty good. I would give the place a 4, but about every other time I visit one of the men there smokes out the back door. It's not like he steps outside, he literally just cracks the back door and blows the smoke out, so most of it comes right back in with the draft. read more

Will never go again, over priced, bad customer service, and could do better my self. I went in to get gel removed and the service was sub par. I couldn't hear them when they asked what I wanted and then charged me $10 to have it removed. A little overpriced but here's the worst. My whole right hand wasn't properly removed and the bottom layer was still on my fingers. I ultimately just soaked them myself and took it off at home. I wish I would've noticed when I was closer to the salon. read more

I began to give one star but changed it to two stars because Paul's work is amazing. However, I stopped going their because their customer service is HORRIBLE. They do not speak to you when you walk in. Everyone looks up and puts their heads down until Paul or his wife speak. As other reviewers stated, there is minimal to no dialogue during your service. They don't even thank you after giving a $6 tip for a $20 fill. They barely say goodbye. I rather take my money elsewhere. I remained loyal due to trepidation of finding great service elsewhere. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I was NOT impressed at all. I called ahead of time to get an appt. and the lady I spoke to on the phone was so sweet, so I had high hopes. The experience in the salon was a different story. No dialogue was made the entire time, did not say hi to me, didn't know what I was supposed to do a lot of the time. I got "traded" between the workers in the beginning, without given a heads up. Very awkward. I was not happy with the end result either. My old polish showing in the corners of my nails as they did not remove all the polish before they started... My acrylics are awkwardly shaped. My one acrylic nail was very loose so I pointed that one to have it repaired. The male worker (who I started off with) just picked and pulled it off. It wasn't that painful but did tug and caught me off guard that he did that.... And lastly, to top it off, when it was time to pay , I was about to pull out my debit card. The woman at the desk pointed to the sign that stated to "use cash with totals over $30 or something" and I asked if I could pay with debit. She pointed to the sign multiple times. I was so confused and getting a little nervous because I had NO cash with me... it wasn't until another worker told me I could pay with my card. To sum it up, I will not be coming back!! read more

Walked in with no appointment at around 5:00 p.m. I did not have to wait long. The lady that did my nails cut me a little around my cuticle and I tried making like I didn't even notice, to not make her feel bad (no big deal, I thought). Then, after I washed my hands and started bleeding a little, she lost it! She started ranting in her language and started telling me in English that it was my fault because I had moved. The nails are very tick and she didn't do the edges at all (left bumps all around the sides). Never coming back here. read more

Would not recommend! They cut my finger along my nail while I was getting a manicure. It became infected and I had to get it looked at twice professionally and ended up on antibiotics. When I went back, they tried to tell me my finger was cut before I came in and that the puss coming out of it was not an infection. They also tried to tell me the infected cut was bleeding because I was picking at it. Would not recommend! read more

I was a loyal customer of this salon because Borne does amazing work. Today I went to get a pedicure, Borne was busy so the owner, the guy who smokes right outside the open door, did my pedicure. I always felt he was a little creepy but now I'm conviced. I am a girl in my early twenties, in decent shape, today I wore a form fitting shirt. Usually the massage chair goes through different cycles; slow massage, rolling, and an annoying shaking that makes your body jiggle. He set it to jiggle the entire time! I asked him to change it and he laughed.. Ok... Then when it was time for the foot massage, he started at my feet and the quickly moved to my knee.. Odd.. Then started massage my mid inner thigh and stared at me! Creeped out I just pretended to read my book. Then when he did the next foot i squeezed my thighs together hoping he'd get tge point only to find him gently trying to push them apart with a a creepy smile. Oh my god! I've been going there for a long time now and think Paul does amazing work on my nails. However, the past few visits, I have experienced the EXACT same thing as the last reviewer. Not only has the contact made me uncomfortable, especially during a pedicure, but the comments have also been inappropriate. My daughter, and my best friend have had the same problem this summer. It's really a shame that now we have to fine a new nail salon. read more

I have been going to Perfect Nails for at least 5 years. The owner Paul has always been a gentleman. Some people complained he makes funny faces. If you understood their native language, when he speaks, or anyone of his employees speak, there are a lot of facial expressions when they converse. Yes, Paul sometimes goes outside and smokes but he is trying to kick this habit. Please don't put him down for this, pray for him because this is a tough habit to stop. I usually go to Denise for all my services, but if she is busy, I will go to anyone. The store is kept pristine.
