There are three rooms of "treasures" and some of them were still in plastic bins and the owner told me I could look through any of them! Talk about a fun treasure hunt. We arrived at 5PM. It was closed. We hung around a bit to see if he would open up the shop for us. His car was still there, as it had been in the morning. I wasted 40 minutes, going out of my way, and wasted gas. I think when he saw our out of state plates, he could have opened up at 11, to let us take a look. When we said we would be back later, he could have let us know that he was closing early that day. They had a lot of unusual pieces as well. I ended up getting an adorable natural fiber sweater from a higher end brand for under twenty dollars. That includes things like a stone store mascot, a discount from 1-33% for a poem, random promotions of a cookie with your purchase, and more. That said, it's still a thrift store so you may not find what you're looking for any given day. But I've seen some of their posts on social media about hunting for what they resell, and I'm grateful to not have to dig through nasty bins and stand in line at 5am for estate sales. This place is really cool as yes... it is highly vintage oriented merchandise but we noticed more artsy and crafty items that were for sale too that were amazingly cool.
