I agreed to this arrangement. I was also told that paying the balance in cash would qualify me for a discount. However, as soon as I provided my credit card information, communication completely stopped. Instead of charging only the agreed deposit, Montway charged my credit card for more than the full agreed amount without my authorization. As a result, my credit card exceeded its limit. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact Montway by phone and email, but I have received no meaningful response. The only emails I continue to receive are automated messages demanding that I approve my credit card payment. To be fair, the carrier that Montway assigned was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job transporting my vehicle. They are not responsible for this issue. My complaint is entirely about Montway's billing practices and customer service. It is also concerning that the transportation proceeded normally while the payment dispute remained completely unresolved. At this point, I genuinely don't know how to resolve the situation.
