Timeline: 15 minutes for drinks 25 minutes for appetizers from when we placed the order. 37 minutes for our main meals from when we received appetizers. (1 hour and 17 minutes total) Drinks: Our Diet Pepsi was completely flat -- this happens almost every visit. Appetizers: Cold but still edible. Main Meals: Both steaks were overcooked, cold, and rubbery Fries were cold Vegetables were so under-cooked and cold that the garlic butter didn't melt Garlic mashed potatoes were also cold Overall, the meal was terrible. When our server checked on us, I explained what was wrong. She didn't respond, so I asked for a discount, which she did apply. She then explained she was the only one working the floor and they were short-staffed. I also spoke with the manager, who brushed off my concerns. She insisted the Pepsi was fine and said the discount was enough compensation. I later emailed her and have still not received a reply. This entire experience showed me that customer service and food quality are simply not a priority at this location. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
