(1 hour and 17 minutes total) Drinks: Our Diet Pepsi was completely flat -- this happens almost every visit. Appetizers: Cold but still edible. Main Meals: Both steaks were overcooked, cold, and rubbery Fries were cold Vegetables were so under-cooked and cold that the garlic butter didn't melt Garlic mashed potatoes were also cold Overall, the meal was terrible. When our server checked on us, I explained what was wrong. She didn't respond, so I asked for a discount, which she did apply. She then explained she was the only one working the floor and they were short-staffed. I also spoke with the manager, who brushed off my concerns. She insisted the Pepsi was fine and said the discount was enough compensation. I later emailed her and have still not received a reply.
