    Chicken quesadillas

Thank you for helping me get through this pandemic!! This is one of my newest fav places to eat!! Apparently they have been around for a few years but I had no idea! I recently saw the truck down the road and had to try it out! My favorite has been sticky finger chicken quesadillas. (It looks like chicken tacos) man. They are so so good!! Topped with some chopped tomatoes, onions & peppers, cheese on the shell & yummy sauce too!! All of the meals come with your choice of sides, but my favorite has been the fries. They have seasoning on them, and Cajun dipping sauce. To. Die. For!! Best when they are fresh-but you know me, I can't wait to get home to eat it anyway, so no need to worry ;) I have also tried the burgers, fish & chips, shrimp tacos & fried pickles. You really can't go wrong!! Yelp #ThankYouThursday

Glad that they are set up for lunch again

Best food. Hands down. These guys have a very friendly staff. The best item on the menu, in my opinion, are their sticky finger quesadillas. The also have great fries and fried pickles. They are only open in the summer.

Awesome burgers! This place is next to the golf course and a little hard to find, but they are worth the hunt. Visiting in Thayne we decided to go to here and try them out. There are about 5 places to choose from within a 15 mile radius and nothing for a while. They are in Star Valley Ranch in the same building as the pool. The music is cool and staff friendly. All of the burgers were cooked perfectly. I really like the Black n Bleu. The coleslaw is really good to. They also sell different wings and some salads. Try them out.

Visiting from CA and I am impressed. I am not a big burger person. They have to be good for me to eat one. The owner chef is a very pleasant lady with great customer service. The burgers and fries are cooked perfectly with amazing scratch made special sauce for the fries and yummy coleslaw. It is worth the off-the-highway drive.

    Happy chef!

Great bacon cheese burger. Fry sauce with a twist was great. Stopped as we were passing through. See you next time. Glad you are here.

A really cool and novel breakfast/lunch spot that creatively uses their space on an old school bus…read more Friendly owners, good food. I thought the breakfast burrito was great except it was a little heavy on the potatoes and could have been balanced better with more eggs and less potato. Also their red salsa that was supposed to be the hot one needs a lot more heat, it almost wasn't there at all, but perhaps it's just par for the area. But the real shining star dish from here is the quesabirrias with complimentary consomé, but I think they call it cheesy beef tacos or something like that. Breakfast is only served until 10am, but they do the breakfast burritos until closing at 2pm. Dont skip this great spot!

Such a fun little bus full of food! The owners are very kind and personable and awesome chefs too…read more The food here is tasty and reasonably priced too, which always makes my experience "that much better". I went with a group of family and friends and got to try a bite or two of various items on the menu. The biscuits and gravy had a nice flavor, it was hard to find the them underneath the heaping of gravy that covers the plate, but having too much food shouldn't be a bad thing. The pancakes were delightful and delicious and huge! I got to try the CrossFit Burrito and boy oh boy that was a winner. It was large and in charge, perfect to cut in half and share--and the homemade salsa topped it off perfectly. I also got a bite of Monte Cristo, not my favorite and it was the most expensive item, but it was alright to try. The bus has a fun atmosphere but it's a little squishy--they do have outdoor seating, but that's no fun when it's pouring rain. Overall, fun and fabulous! I recommend making a pit stop here when you can. TIPS & TRICKS: * Bring your appetite or just share! Again, plenty of food and you'll definitely have leftovers. * You can take your meal to go if you don't have time to have an easy, slow breakfast morning.

A thoroughly enjoyable evening and dinner…read more Possibly the best ribeye I've had in the past 10 years, but the other "foam and powder"aspects of the dish were just silly. The so called General Tso steak sauce was like a thimbleful smear and completely irrelevant. BBQ Ramen seasoning? Not even enough to get a taste profile of it. The trout with a green curry sauce was good but again, ummmm.... Trout has a subtle flavor. Green curry coconut sauce, and stuffed with another type of Asian something something....might as just as well better to use a neutral tasting fish like a better quality tilapia imho. Let trout taste like trout. Use a different, neutral tasting fish for these kinds of sauces and fillings. Well at least it wasn't covered with a garnish of micro greens lol. Just a little cilantro heh heh heh. I mean don't get me wrong. Both entrees were okay. But a waste of quality fish when a less costly fish would have been fine what with all those other flavors. And the foam and powder embellishments on the steak were barely noticeable. The whole menu reads like a community college cooking school graduate little bit of this little bit of that. When I get home I'm going to have fun writing the different components of all the menu items on index cards, shuffle, and see what combinations come up each time. And I love the idea of a General Tso steak sauce and want to try creating one. And using a packet of Ramen seasoning instead of Cajun seasoning sounds like a fun thing to try. I just won't do it on a fifty dollar piece of meat. If you are counting calories you skip the gross doughnut hole dessert. Dense ball of dough. Gummy. Like they used a cake doughnut recipe instead of a yeast doughnut or beignet recipe. But if not counting calories , go for it. It's fun to try the sauces, even if not that great a doughnut. Great, festive, lively ambiance . Super friendly staff and service.

With so many strong restaurants in Jackson, this one didn't stand out as one we would revisit…read more Our server was lovely--friendly, attentive, and clearly doing their best. Unfortunately, the bar was painfully slow. Our first round of drinks took about 15 minutes, and the second took closer to 30 minutes after ordering. We eventually had to check in to make sure they were even coming. The food was fine, but not something we'd come back for. The elk pasta lacked the depth and richness you expect from a bolognese. The trout--poblano stuffed and curry-prepared--was an interesting idea, but the curry completely overpowered the fish, making the dish feel unbalanced. We had curry-dusted trout at The Blue Lion earlier in the week that was far better. (One of the best trout meals I've ever had.)
