Call me weird or simple, but I love a good drive-thru greasy burger, now and then. The Double BBQ Bacon Crunch Combo is my go to! The fries are always crunchy and flavorful. We visited this A&W location on a Saturday evening. Place was virtually empty. We ordered a pizza, it was horrible, chicken sliders, that were not good and a cheeseburger that was good, not great. The restaurant was dirty. From our table we could see most of the other tables needed to be wiped off. There was trash & food on the floor (a pickle slice and something I could not identify were on the floor next to our table). I was going to get a root beer as I was leaving, but the machine broke and soda was all over the floor. Three or four employees and not one walked through the dining room to clean. We stopped here on Sunday about the only thing open in Blanding. It's inside a convience store bowling alley. The food was really ok. Yes we were very hungry but I'd go back. Also they have the real a & w root beer on tap!! Soooo good. read more

My mom and I came through here on our way to Moab awhile back and it was great! I haven't been to an A&W in awhile but the food was good and everything came out quick. There's a bowling alley in this place too which was unexpected, and it was clean when we were there. Some murals on the walls and parking was easy of course in a small town. It's A & W, so the food is incredible. I could eat this everyday of the week, that is, if it weren't for one simple fact. The prices were terrible! For a #9 (5 Chicken tenders) it's $18.59! Seriously, you could go to Applebees and get some salmon for less than that! The service was okay. There was a 7 minute wait on the food, but it was clear that they felt bad. It's not all bad though, like I said, the food was great. There was also a bowling alley inside, but it was closed when I went. Most A & Ws have a great feel to them but this one was lacking. To be fair, it's just a gas station restaurant. At least the food was good. read more

Kind of funky location inside a gas station/convenience store/bowling alley. Plenty of tables and drive thru too. Root beer float was perfect. The coney, all beef was good and chili too, but the onions were large chunks. Mushroom onion burger was amazing. Trying to kill some time in Blanding, we stopped at this A&W. From the outside, it looked like it was a drive-thru location only. On the inside, part gas station/ part A&W. It was decorated old-fashioned style, but could have been in use of some updates. There was a fun bowling alley (playing horrible music, but no was playing. While tasty, the experience wasn't the same getting the signature A&W from a soda machine, as opposed to a fresh A&W. Prices weren't bad and the menu also consisted of fish, burgers, fries, and shakes - typical A&W standard. read more

The best been going here since before I was born the shakes are the best I have ever had gone here more than a 100 times I Soo seriously the beeeeest oh and the fry sauce mmmmmmmm so good also it took a minute for them to make a shake and three burgers and fries but really good food. Wow... it's been a long time since I had ate A&W. Last place was in Chinle Az, before I moved away. I forgot how the burgers taste and are they good. I had a papa burger and that was in point. Not the best burger I had, but it was well worth it. Maybe because it's been along time since I had it. I had taken my family there to eat, and what did I do? Forget to take pictures of their food! It was good, I completely forgot I was gonna add a review! Only thing I took has a half picture of a papa burger haha! Nice place, clean, and friendly. They also have a bowling alley with it, and it's connected with a convenience store. Must place to eat! read more

An interesting place. There's the A&W but also a bowling alley and a small convenience store section all together in this one building. We weren't entirely sure we had the right place by looking at the outside. There's a bunch of tables/booths to eat at. This was the first good fast food place all the way from Monument Valley. We had chicken tenders, cheese turds, fries and onion rings. Everything was perfect. Just came off the trail and stopped here for some "real" food (as opposed to freeze dried) and these were the best A&W burgers we've ever had! Everyone was nice and loved the frosty mug for the root beer. Came back home and ordered the same burgers at our local A&W and they weren't as good as the ones we ate in Blanding. :-) read more

I love me some A&W when I travel, for some reason, it's just the place you see along the freeway. Sure, I can get it at the store- but it's satisfying to pick up some while you're out on the road. And in Blanding, it's inside a small quik-stop with fountain drinks, some food, and now a bowling alley! Crowded gas pumps outside. read more

Four of us stopped here this trip and the only thing good is their root beer freezes, though I asked for mine extra thick and it is extremely thin. Ordered chicken fingers, grilled chicken club, and crispy chicken club with sides of fries and a side of cheese curds. Everything fried was disgusting. I think it may be the oil. We only ate a couple of bites of the cheese curds and the chicken fingers and crispy chicken club. Ate about half of the grilled chicken club. Pulled off the bacon and ate that. The fries were okay, but not great. There are flies everywhere, here, too--in the dining area and flying out from the kitchen area. We ate here a year ago with the same disappointing result. We had hoped it was a fluke and decided to try it again in hopes of a good, quick meal. We won't be stopping here again. (The wait for your food is incredibly long, too.) read more

We have eaten here in the past. Decent food. Service not quick but acceptable. Today we attempted to eat there. Waited behind a man trying to place his order for 20 minutes. Once his order was finally in the worker left to prepare food and told us she could not take our order yet. After 30 minutes we gave up and left. Very unprofessional staff. Won't go here again.
