I suffer with a back injury and have explained this to the same lady behind the bar. We usually have worked out that I can sit at a table unless it's needed for incoming guests. I can't enjoy my meal with my body hurting (and this has now forced me to leave Pasquale's a 2nd time before even getting menus) and I think it would be beneficial if Pasquale's took into account some people might have issues you can't see! If I could rate JUST the FOOD it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately the customer service overshadows that.

My mom felt the same about her dish, cavatappi with a spicy red sauce and meatballs, and she said the meatballs were definitely frozen and reheated. She wasn't impressed. I fully understand that we may have ordered the dishes Pasquale's isn't known for. Maybe the sandwiches and Italian Stallion rolls are much better! Similarly, the chicken tenders taste similar to a Culver's tender but are even more bland than a Culver's tender. When my order was presented at the counter for me to pick-up, instead of delivered to my table as Culver's will do, I found my order incorrect. There were toppings missing from my burger and not placed on the side, as requested. Culver's doesn't make mistakes like this. Everything about this experience was bad. Do not go here. It was like eating stale, old pickles with crispy oily chips on the side. The batter had completely separated from the pickle itself. They should have made me a new order. But they really need to work on those fried pickles and not send out such a horrible product.
