I couldn't even pick it up to eat it. I had to use a knife and fork to eat it because it was a horrible mess. The onion rings were perfectly crispy and ketchup was the perfect accompaniment. We shared the beignets and my favorite was the powdered sugar ones and hubby's favorite were the cinnamon sugar. We both dipped in the chocolate sauce. Service was at the counter. She was very kind and patient as it was our first time to visit. We were the only patrons in the restaurant as it was early in the afternoon on the day before Thanksgiving. The bathrooms were very clean. Not sure if we'd return as it was about an hour from our house as we were traveling to family's in Illinois.
