The subs are served warm unless you request it cold. The amount of meat filling is amazing. I have never ordered. Sub from anywhere that had anywhere the amount of meat that theirs does. The flavors of all the subs my family has had is delicious. My daughter who has never eaten a sub begs to go there. If you order a meal you can upgrade to a Lethe drink for no additional charge. We have been coming here for a couple years now and never had a problem until TODAY! And it got so extremely escalated for no reason when I called about my online order. So here's the story... I placed an online order at about 5pm to pick up at 6pm I NEVER got a confirmation email until 6:53pm almost an hr after actual pick up time of 6pm. Next when I go to the store I tell them I never got a confirmation like I usually do when I place an order with them and I did tell her I WAS EARLY so I could make sure they had it because I NEVER GOT THE CONFIRMATION! They told me no they didn't get it and because my order had never been placed my card won't be charged. So I ordered at the store and paid AGAIN! NOW after getting the order confirmation at 6:53pm I called the store To let them know what happened and I IMMEDIATELY GET THE WORST ATTITUDE FROM EMPLOYEE AND FEMALE MANAGER CUSSING ME OUT IN THE BACKGROUND!!! The employee would not let me say a single word without giving me attitude while the person in the background is yelling saying I have a sh....y a.. attitude yell yeah I have an attitude now because I have a problem I was calling about and you just act like you don't give a crap while cutting me off. They donated it to the local Firehouses & police stations for people in need. In return, the customer got a free sandwich. This establishment gives back to the community. I give this four stars because most of the time, we get great service and have no issues. A couple times, the cash register girls just seem annoyed, like they want go home. The subs have always been good, but it's a bit more expensive for "fast" food. We like to go there when we are down by Target and Petco and haven't been disappointed in the food. Placed an order for catering and they messed up sandwich order and shorted the amount of cookies and chips that were suppose to come with it. Called to inform of mess up and girl that answered phone stated well it was made during our busy time and hung up! Not a single apology. The bread was tasteless, devoid of a speck of flavor, the meat could have been the cheapest you'd find at the dollar store and the corned beef/pastrami looked and tasted like Buddig mystery meat and it tasted smoked and went straight to the trash. The most god awful waste of money. I despise the owner of Jimmy Johns but at least his and Subways bread is flavorful. How a place stays in business when crapola food is served is beyond me. The food here is craving-ifying, not mediocre. The staff always welcome me and the restaurant is clean. Food got out to me within 5 minutes and was worth it. They delivered the food and later checked back in to make sure everything tasted foot loose and fancy free. There was a super old man there that just had an aura of calmness, he was nice to talk to and made me feel at home. He was the owner of the restaurant. Then the young lady who brought me my food had nice eyebrows, I believe her name was Liz. The staff all seemed to welcome me, there was even one with blue hair XD When I left this young man with curly hair and glasses said 'Have a great nice folks' and laughed. I got the New York Steamer sub, and the Italian dressing brought out the juiciness of the meat, wow was that great. And that pickle, it was the best part. My brother Russel said that his steak sub was fantastic as well, I he recommended the steak sub to our parents. This restaurant turned my bad day to a good day in 5 minutes of being there. read more

The lettuce they use always seems to be yellow and not very appetizing! The subs are made to order but still seem to take a long time to make, even when i am the only customer. The place is clean and the service is for the most part good. I have on occasion run into a few order takers with a bit of an attitude. Definitely far,far, better than tasteless Subway subs, about equal to Jersey Mikes, and still a step below Jimmy John's in the speed of service and taste department. All in All an Average sub shop. We stopped here for a bite before heading up to Green Bay for the Packers game. Now, I know Oshkosh is a little outside of the full on tailgating scene, but it's hard to believe that they haven't seen some crazy Packers fans before. They certainly didn't act like it. My boyfriend and I came dressed in jerseys and maaaaaayybe he had a green and gold-dyed lumberjack beard and mohawk, but the employees and patrons gawked and asked for pictures as if this was completely new to them. We are pretty lenient, and it didn't ruin our experience, but it's hard to feel comfortable chowing down a meatball sub when 75% of the restaurant is staring at your table. The restaurant itself was clean and the service was fast. We both enjoyed our sandwiches, the meatball sub and new york steamer.
