Ok...Wesley and his team at A&W Roofing are ROCK-STARS!!! It's hard to explain how I can get excited talking about a roofing company, however, Wesley made the entire roofing process easy and painless. They are Awesome!!! I knew that my roof was in bad shape and I was dreading the whole process of dealing with the insurance company, dealing with contractors, etc. My next door neighbor recommended A&W Roofing. Below is how everything happened.... 1. I called Wesley and he met with me within 24 hours. He drove over to meet me, inspected the roof and explained the entire process to me. 2. Wesley met with the insurance claim adjuster at my house. He went up on the roof with with the Insurance person and show him all the damage. Wesley also points out damage that the insurance person missed, like hail damage to the a/c unit. 3. Wesley met with my wife and I to discuss roofing options, warranties, colors, venting. etc. He made sure we understood everything. 4. Wesley followed up with us several times, and found the best schedule that works for us. And he is also followed up with the insurance company continuously, made sure they sent us the check. 5. Wesley met us at our house when the materials are dropped off, and made sure we are able to get our cars out of the garage, and he went over the plan again. He verified everything was 100% correct. 6. Wesley and his crew begin work. Wesley was onsite, supervising his crew the entire time. He called me with updates through out the construction process. He also texted me pictures of the work. 7. After the roofing was complete. Wesley came back and did a full walk-through, making sure all debris, nails, trash are picked up. Wesley went through the yard and the street with a magnet to make sure he didn't leave any nails. 8. Wesley returned three days later with a new team to replace the gutters, and supervises them...on a Saturday!!! 9. Wesley returned again on Monday, pressure washes the side of the house, and does another walk through to make sure all debris is picked up. 10. Wesley contacted the insurance company to make sure they sent us the final check!! 11. Wesley followed up multiple times to make sure we were happy, and made sure we had all the warranty information. The roofing work and customer experience was excellent. Wesley took care of everything, I never had to remind him of anything, he was 100% on top of everything. He did an incredible job. I can only ditto the other reviews as to how GREAT Wesley and his team are. I called him based on a recommendation on Nexdoor. I had called 3 other roofers--1 came and said he would email me with a quote to "repair" the roof... then I never heard from him. After 2 weeks I called another one and got stood up but he did request a 2nd chance and I said ok.. He showed up and was nice but I didn't feel good about it.. So I called the 3rd one and he came and said there was no damage to my roof--even tho it was leaking in the master bedroom only when it rained!!! So I called Wesley who immediately set a time to come-- was there on time and spent a long time on the roof. He recommended a new roof and said he would meet the claims adjuster. The day I heard from the adjuster and he wanted to come out the next day I was worried that Wesley wouldn't be available to meet him but as soon as I told him he said he would be there. He met the adjuster and both agree to a new roof. Then the process to pick new shingles started. I told Wesley I did not want a ton of options so pick a few that had gray in them and bring them. When he brought them we discussed what I didn't like and he didn't try to talk me into anything.. he explained about the different companies and wind resistance for each and he let me pick out what I wanted. He promised to be there when the materials where dropped and they would start the next day. He was on the job supervising and I saw him working with the guys while others went to lunch.. He was there through the entire time there were guys working.. He called and told me everything that was going on and I really appreciated it. When I saw the final roof all done I was extremely happy. It looks great and even though it sounds weird-- I LOVE my new roof. Anyone that needs a roofer needs to call Wesley... I will start off by saying that I rarely write reviews. I only write when I have received exceptional service or had a very bad experience. A & W Roofing is beyond exceptional. Wesley has come to the rescue twice for my family. I had a severe problem with the roof at my business. Water was streaming from the roof, down the wall, and into my electrical service. Wesley arrived in less than 15 minutes, on the roof in seconds, and diagnosed the problem immediately. He placed my job on #1 priority as he recognized the severity with water leaking into my electrical box. His price was phenomenal....and his service was even better. Round Two.....my brother was one of only two houses that were hit by a tornado on Wednesday, March 29th in Georgetown. The tornado ripped a huge hole in his roof, demolished both fences, outdoor furniture in the middle of his street. Wesley and A & W Roofing, again, were on the scene immediately. He and his team assessed the damage, gave a better than fair estimate, and completed the severe repair in record time and to perfection. I could not recommend Wesley and A & W Roofing more strongly. The team at A&W Roofing (Jo Solis, James Stockton, Ashley Jones and the rest of the crew) were so easy to work with! They were all professional, personable, and responsive throughout the entire process. After major hail damage left our roof totaled, they made the process with the insurance company easy and thoroughly explained all of our options and what to expect. Even though we've been dealing with days upon days upon days of near constant rain in our area, they didn't even push our scheduled date, which I was expecting. They dropped the supplies on our roof (out of the way) the day before and showed up the day of installation on time and completed the work very quickly. In just over one day, they removed all shingles and felt paper down to the decking and upgraded with ice/water shield in valleys and compromised areas (around vents, etc), new synthetic (no tear) felt, and architectural grade shingles. And when they left it was like they were never even here - not a single nail left behind - and I looked! Jo stopped by after the crew had finished to make sure we were happy with the work and reminding us that if we ever have any trouble, to reach out, even if it's years from now. 10 out of 10 stars. So let me start by stating that if you are looking for a roofing company, stop searching and call Wesley ASAP! I don't know if I can capture in this review how great of an experience this was. We saw first-hand how Wesley and team respected our neighbors by starting and finishing work at reasonable hours. They covered areas of our property where they were concerned about falling debris, and then made sure at the end of the day everything was back in its' original location. Wesley also showed genuine concern for his team by making certain they were safe and were not simply working to get the job done as quickly as possible. He was extremely knowledgeable, dependable, and went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of in handling my difficult roofing situation. Hands down the best customer service I've ever had. I was selling my home and knew I needed roofing done- but I wasn't sure how to work with the buyer/realtor/insurance agency. Too many moving parts- enough to make a sane person go crazy. Wesley walked me through everything. I don't even know where to begin! These guys are absolutely the best at what they do. Our roof job was quoted quickly and fairly. A&W worked directly with our insurance company to make the financial part go smoothly. Wes stays on the job the whole time the roofers are working.....The guys showed up early, worked very hard all day in terrible heat, they stayed late.... They came back the second day to finish up.....and other than our beautiful new roof, we can't even tell that they were here. Every scrap of trash, every nail, every bit of mess is gone. I wish that every service provider I ever hired was as good as A&W Roofing. I recently had some issues with the way the roof on my back porch was installed, and Wesley came out and couldn't have been nicer or more thorough about letting me know what needed to be done, and what it would cost. I felt extremely comfortable with him and his crew, and with having them repair the damage. The crew came on the morning of the scheduled day, and took about 6 hours to remove the damaged material and replace it all, paint the wood, and clean up. They were very efficient and as unobtrusive as they could be. I would highly recommend A&W Roofing for any roofing needs. They do quality work and make sure it is done right the first time.
