The guy at BJs said there was a slow leak and recommended we go to Discount Tire, where they usually patch it for free or cheap compared to BJ's prices. So, we went there and told the guy, Jon that a patch was needed. Jon didn't even bring a spray bottle to check for a leak. He immediately started saying how she needed new tires, claiming the tread was horrible. She told him she didn't have the money for new tires at the moment we're just broke college students trying to get a patch. He made it sound like we wouldn't be able to drive away without new tires. He refused to patch the tire. We basically went there for no reason. We went back to BJ's, and they said Jon was lying. They also told us that she had about 10,000 more miles on her tires.

Their service is great, and they're very communicative and open about what's going on. They are always so friendly when I call, taking the anxiety out of calling to schedule appointments or ask questions. They also give full reports for what you might need to be on the lookout for in the future, including a color coded grade of how big of an issue it is and when it might be a priority. We have really appreciated their service and look forward to using them in the future.

Robbie's discovered that the ac system was overcharged at some point and the blend door actuator was inop. They charged the actuator and properly charged the system, good to go. The people at the shop explain everything that is going on and contact you if the price will exceed the quote before they dig into anything, nice! They also have the option of dropping your vehicle off with them at your convenience, that's important to most of us that work 10-12hr days that can't take care of things during the day. The service is great, the labor is fast and cheap and the work is quality. They are honest as well. I went to get an oil change and received diagnostic check for a price list that felt a bit high, so I called this location and inquired about the same exact services that literally half the price. I set up an appointment and brought the vehicle in. True to his word, and without any empty promises, I received a straightforward advisement on what needed to be done and what the best way to go about it was. Inside I was helped by Max and Harrison as well, we are very personable and contributed to a great environment. The inside of the place was clean and spacious, and I watched an episode of friends while I waited. There's also a vending machine with snacks available inside plenty of places to walk around if you don't feel like sitting in a comfortable chair. I believe strongly in putting your money where your mouth is, so I will undoubtedly be bringing another vehicle here in the near future for the same service. Note: do yourself a favor and make an appointment with as much time as needed if possible, it does wonders to save on time

Switching tires to a new wheels should not have taken over 2 hours. What is the point of making appointments? I can't leave and stuck here and no one give me update unless I ask. If making appointments is to be convenient for customers, then this is NOT convenient at all. It's only switching tires to a new wheels. It's not like they are working in my engines. 2 weeks ago I bought tires (4)from them, it took the whole day to put new tires on (8am-5pm). But I gave it another tried since I had bought tires here. But this place worked with me and was happy to put the tires on and balance them. The 2nd time I had to get a used tire and luckily they had my size for a Dodge Challenger, and it was a good brand. I had continentals and the 1 used tire they had was a Kumho. The tire had lots of thread and it was a good deal they gave me. On my most recent and 3rd visit I had a flat and I couldn't find where the hole was. So they took the car in the back and found that there was a small hole...They patched it, and charged me only $5.
