How does that happen! Hopefully, the owner will acknowledge their mistake and resolve it.....after spending almost $5,000 there this month! The owner, Robbie, worked with us and we were able to come to an agreement. BMW being fixed today, and Robbie was very apologetic and takes his family owned business very seriously. Happy we were able to fix the communication problems and I plan on continue using their services. I recommend supporting locally owned businesses in our community and I hope to be a returning customer for the next several years to come. Hard to find trustworthy auto repair shops. I appreciate and respect Robbie's willingness to resolve the communication issue.

I first called to ask for a quote for a specific repair job for a specific car. They would not provide a quote over the phone as a couple of other shops did. They insisted I bring the car in for diagnosis, so at the appointed time I showed up with the car. After three hours of waiting, they provided a quote for the service I asked for that was ~50% higher than the next closest quote. They also did a 'courtesy inspection' which I did not ask for. This inspection resulted in 7 additional recommended items totaling about $1,800. Things like this fluid change, that cleaning, etc. The car has 300k miles on it, and the majority of these items have never been done. The experience reminds me of the slick marketing we get at the dealership repair shops, and is exactly what I was hoping to avoid by choosing a 'family-owned' shop. The actual work product may in fact be excellent; I don't know. But it is probably over priced.

Asked them to also check out a squeaking noise that I had been told previously may be very expensive to fix. The oil change was done quickly and for $30 cheaper than other places. The squeaking noise was just a ball joint that had to be greased; which they took care of and didn't charge me for! This is the kind of service and honesty that has already made me a long term customer. Thanks so much and keep up the great work, it matters!!

Reported suspension noise in right front, they found LEFT FRONT ball joints bad, replaced them but did not verify the noise before or after, it was not fixed. 2. Replaced headlights but did not adjust aim, Cameron said they cannot adjust the headlights. Turns out that they can but failed miserably. 3. Had radiator replaced and they left the air intake duct completely loose and inoperative, forgot to replace the fasteners. Obvious once the hood was opened. The front desk doesn't really understand automotive issues. They have one mechanic that diagnoses EVERYTHING and then hands the car off to another mechanic for repair but no one checks the work. They made up explanations that they don't understand. No concept that this is unacceptable. They have a C+ rating with BBB. I recommend NOT taking your vehicle there.

I usually schedule our service with Roger (co-owner) but he was not working when I called to have a tire looked at. After looking at the tire Mike told me that it could not be patched and needed to be replaced. Of course he put the fear of God in me when I said that I wasn't prepared to replace the tire and asked to just add air to it, he said that I could have a blowout any second. After some discussion, I reluctantly agreed to purchasing 2 new tires. I had recently purchased all 4 Michelin tires from Seaside and asked if they would offer an adjustment for the replacement. Mike said "Did I cause you to get the nail in it?" I also asked if he would apply a loyalty discount because I had previously received that, he said NO! So, he had to order the tires and told me that it would be ready the next afternoon. When I returned to pick up and pay the $550+ I told him that I would not be back because of his ugly attitude. He said "Well, you were asking for everything free!" This is EXACTLY why I said that he is a LIAR...the word free never came out of my mouth, which makes me fully believe that he can't be trusted.

He took me right away and had the tire off like a NASCAR pit crew. He put the tire on the machine and couldn't find anything. Then he took the tire off and inspected the inside. He still couldn't find anything but he said that there was corrosion on the rim. He proceeded to wirebrush the entire rim on both sides. When he was done he put it all back together, and reinstalled it. I don't think I was there more than 20 minutes. After all that he only charged me $20. The best part? The tire hasn't lost any air since. Thanks guys!
