ABC Sand & Rock's retail pickup yard on 27th Ave is quick, well-organized, and staff are super helpful.

I will start this review by qualifying its authenticity. I never trust any review giving a 5/5 to…read morea busines. Sounds fake or contrived. I was born in this state and love this city. I cannot give a supportive score to RWC Building Products because I never would have cared to provide any evaluation at all, until they gave me a "Shake Down" letter like Yelp participants C M. (2020) or Jason C. (2011). I did have a good experience with their delivery crew and an even better one with my Roof Repair Company. Then, as a big "gotcha" , RWC delivered to me ( Certified Mail ) an Arizona Preliminary Twenty Day Lien Notice. WTF ! The roof repair to my house was only completed 14 days ago, and apparently the roof repair company owner still has till the end of the month (14 days from now!) to pay RWC. I was assured by Yolanda and Mark at RWC that it was just a form letter they send out to everyone. I call BS and "Shame on You" William G. (busines manager). Thanks for sending out the warm vibes to hard working home owners. I don't know how many other Building Product Companies there are in Phoenix, but Yelp Readers should find one that acts less like Tony Soprano and more like Bill Gates. RWC's 3.6 Yelp Review just dropped again. I'll give them 20 days to bring it up ?

The employees are friendly and very helpful and not to mention the price was great. We purchased $14k of Gila brand kitchen cabinets from Window Depot. Tristen was very helpful. We…read moreunfortunately have to give a bad review. We bought what we were told was solid white oak facings on all cabinets, it turns out to be a plastic laminate covering. We bought fully assembled cabinets and extra facings to cover the front of a panel ready Sub Zero fridge. Turns out the paneling for the fridge is plywood faced with real white Oak and so does not match the cabinets color or sheen. All the pieces we paid extra for fridge are useless as they don't match $$$$. The fully assembled cabinets were not actually 'assembled' they were put together but very few had any nails, staples, or glue. The drawers literally fell apart in my hands. Unfortunately as a DIY long project we did not become aware of these problems soon enough. We actually installed then had a contractor come explain to us why we had such a hard time installing. Not a signal cabinet was square. Are only option was to completely dismantle the kitchen, take apart all cabinets and rebuild them correctly, and then reinstall. Our behind timeline did not leave that as an option. Do not make the same mistake we made. If you buy assembled take out every drawer and be sure all mechanisms have correct amount of screw and drawers are glued and stapled properly. Then take a square and check all sides of cabinets to see if square. I believe Tristan was truthfully and honest with us. I believe he was misled and unaware of the challenges we would face. I blame Gila and myself for not being more conscientious. Ken Clark

We couldn't get anyone to help us. We were handed a piece of paper to complete with our information. Apparently you need an appointment, however the ad didn't say that. We went there because they offer 3D drawings and design. We wanted ideas. We drove 40 minutes and turned around 15 minutes later and went home. Apparently it's geared toward contractors, not individuals. We may use them later, however our first impression was cold.
