We used Olympic to remove old carpet and install French oak in three bedrooms to match the rest of the flooring. They were phenominal to work with- they answered all my questions (I had a lot) we had unexpected issues when the carpet was removed (water on the concrete slab) so they worked with us on our new timelines. The work was phenominal and I couldnt be happier. Now 8 months later we had a pipe leak in the kitchen and needed to repair/replace wood. WONDERFUL, Olympic Hardwood Flooring is simply wonderful!! I had lived with my dated, glued down, engineered wood floors for 10+ years and had hated them from the day I purchased my house. When I finally decided to replace them, I took my time, shopped around, selected a couple of hardwood flooring options, interviewed a few different installers and got bids to do the work. Then I went to Olympic Hardwood Flooring's showroom and I hit the lottery. I first met Kelly, she is terrific, lovely, kind and was helpful and patient as I looked at all of their flooring options, and they have A LOT to choose from. Rafal helped narrow down my selections and let me take samples home. Once I made my decision, Rafal presented an estimate to complete the job that was both competitive and detailed. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns before I gave him my deposit to begin the project. Rafal and Kelly kept me informed of ordering, delivery and installation dates and adhered to the schedule throughout the entire project. I was blessed to have Buddha install my flooring, he was absolutely fantastic. His work is impeccable, flawless and detailed; he arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and was an absolute pleasure to work with. In the span of six days, he removed and replaced the hardwood flooring in the living room and removed old carpet in the primary and guest bedrooms and replaced it with the same oak flooring. Most of the good reviews are for Rafal. I didn't get him. I got a team that disrespected my property and time. The installer was late every day with no communication. They didn't properly protect my condo from all the dust that got everywhere and I had to spend 2 days cleaning everything and over $100 in dry cleaning. They dinged my furniture, cabinets and even my front door and the project lead tried to charge me $150 extra for the crap job wrapping my things in plastic and being "extra careful" during demolition. Finishing up they left my patio a mess and they cracked my toilet. I was promised a replacement of the same or equivalent brand, but what I got was the cheapest toilet from Home Depot. To top it off, they over billed my by $300 on the final invoice. Yes, the floors look good, but surely there are companies that can install flooring without the damage and disrespect. read more

We used Olympic to remove our old hardware floors and replaced with French Oak (Pelican Bay) and couldn't be happier with the results. Floor looks great! Olympic has one of the best selection of hardwoods in the valley and they let us take home several samples. Once we decided on a pattern, they dropped off a box to make sure this is what we wanted. Their installers were great and they did the job with minimal disruption.
