This is beyond unprofessional at this point. What was supposed to be a simple dryer repair has turned into the biggest headache and cost us our deposit. Save yourself the problem and avoid at all cost. Don't use him, his very unprofessional. When he does actually show up or answer the phone. We had to use him through warranty for a dryer repair, he damaged my dryer, washer and my wall then lied and tried to blame the company I bought the dryer from. Its been over 2 months (Jan 29 is then this happen) we've heard nothing back. His had the parts since shortly after he caused the damages according to the our dryer company. Never even tried to make it right or fix the damages HE caused.

The third refrigerator was problematic and I spoke with B&B while the appliance was still under warranty to which they said, sounds like it as coming unplugged. The problems became more acute and I requested a service call. The serviceman came out and described the refrigerator as cheap piece of junk and unrepairable. Initially, I did say I would come in and buy a new one but I had to move and I opted not to buy another "cheap piece of junk. Today, while unaware of service bill, I get a very aggressive and threatening phone call demanding I pay $150 for a 5 minute service call. Rather than receive another threatening phone call. I guess I will pay. My mistake was patronizing B&B because they were local but frankly I would have paid less , received a military discount, and been treated much better. My advise is Lowe's and Home Depot has better quality and profoundly better customer service.

Now, Terry's allows feeding, petting and close up photography of their bison. The resort is a ranch and not the Four Seasons, so let's dial down our expectations and recognize the workings of the ranch. There will be dirt, poop, feathers, hair, urine, and unkempt struck and other things gentle folk may find unsavory. We found the ranch charming. We have experienced many close encounters with wild bison and most were less than rewarding, but exciting. Terry removes this. The train creaks, and groans into the herd. Windows open, and your bison friend pop up for food. You can touch them and enjoy close photos/videos. Kids will love this and animal lovers also. Your trip back the platform will provide some ranch insights and views of horse stables. That was our visit. You may also trail ride on horseback and even participate in dude ranching.
