Also, I had initially purchased the at-home-assembly option for this grill offered by HomeDepot.com - they outsource to a third party with a flat fee charged when I bought the grill. However, this third party was unresponsive, so 3 phone calls later, I cancelled that portion of the purchase. Home Depot gave me no hassle in refunding that fee immediately back on my credit card, and they asked me for feedback on that third party.
