This is my 3rd year planning this trip and this was the first time we have used Big C's and it was the BEST charter experience we have had. I had the pleasure of working with Clarence for a large event we were hosting. I spoke with several other bus operators but I wanted to ensure our guests would be well taken care of, traveling in nice vehicles and treated as 'guests' not simply bus passengers. Transporting people to and from the wedding venue was looming large as a big problem in the weeks leading up to my daughter's wedding. Most of her guests were from out-of-town and didn't have a car, plus she had to deal with getting her entire bridal party to and from the wedding venue. It was a very nice, clean, comfortable, AIR-CONDITIONED and BIG bus, which transported wedding guests and the bridal party to the venue..... and back to the hotel, 6 hours later. The driver was extremely nice, he was on time, everything went without a hitch, AND we didn't have to deal with the hotel and their confining, problematic transportation. I found Big C's Charter Service on Yelp! a few months ago. I was looking for a 25 passenger bus for a St. Patrick's Day Pub Crawl in Rancho Cucamonga for our Firefighters Pipes & Drums Band. I am extremely grateful that I found Big C! His party bus is extremely clean, very comfortable, great sound system, and a smooth ride. Plenty of storage in the back. But anybody could have a clean vehicle. What makes the real difference is the people that run a business. Clarence was very easy to communicate with, very friendly, and a very easy booking process. From the very beginning working with Clarence, it was the utmost professionalism. Payment for the trip was easy and I received my invoices promptly via email. This is as good as it gets for a charter service. From start to finish Big C's Charter was on point and exceeded our expectations. I booked a charter for my 40th birthday celebration and a tour of some wineries in Temecula. From the beginning when I reached out to Clarence, he was very responsive and fairly priced. The charter bus itself is super comfortable with leather seating, fun lighting, lots of leg and head room, and he also provides ice cold water. It's also very clean and you can sync up your own playlist and he keeps the temperature very comfortable. The bus seats 28 people. You can bring your own food and drinks on the trip and there is also plenty of room for a small cooler or cooler bag. Clarence arrived on time and actually stayed later than agreed to while still keeping with his reasonable rates. While we were visiting the wineries, he was also very responsive when we needed to leave and he dropped us off practically at the front door, which was very much appreciated. He also made a couple of stops on our way when we needed to use some facilities and after our trip, we had to meet up to retrieve a left-behind item, and he was more than helpful. Chris was my driver, and he exceeded my expectations of how well that trip could have gone. Clarence rushed me into a decision, told me there was a 4 hour minimum and wanted to charge me extra hours for time I wasn't using them, which I understand is standard procedure for most charter companies. When I requested to only hire them 4 hours he immediately told me he was going to cancel my reservation. He was rude, condescending, talked down to me, and tried to force me to hurry up and book with them before I was ready to make a decision. Not sure what friends they have lying for them on yelp and giving them 5 stars, but I would never suggest this company be used to anybody.
