The owner has now refunded us but what about the time we lost in a time-sensitive legal matter? An eviction matter has a specific time-clock and it's already a drawn out process. The owner can rapid fire respond to a yelp or google review but couldn't be bothered to respond to emails? To calls? Or to take any action whatsoever? That's priorities! And to be clear- tonight I read a review by someone named Matt Reis on google. He had the exact same experience 4 weeks ago. He lost valuable time and money due to their inaction and dereliction. And no one communicated with him either. So it's a pattern not an anomaly. Who wants to deal with a company on sensitive matters that is so unreliable, unprofessional, uncommunicative, and who is more concerned with their yelp reviews than client service?
