They were very…read morehelpful in discussing options and costs (i.e. adding the UV clear laminate filter to the decal cost $0.20 but extends the life of the decal and avoids fading / bleaching by the sun). They had a sample of the material that they were suggesting to look at. They were able to quickly clean up my basic design and provide a suggestion on making it look sharper and then had the finished job complete within 5 days (including the weekend). I am very happy with the service, quality and speed. Working with a non profit almost always means trying to do everything to find the best price, sometimes giving a little on the quality to get it. I'm amazed at the price, quality and the turn around time. They delivered a better product (see the note on the UV laminate) at a better price than one of the national printing companies were offering. It was completed as fast as the national / web based company and I didn't have to wait / pay for the shipping to me. I guess I don't know as much as I thought I did about where to get the best price / service. They have a wide variety of products that they can personalize for you and folks that are easy to work with. I'll be going back the next time I need something like this and suggest you check them out.
