Even when there's a long line, packages piling up, and clearly a stressful day, they still manage to be polite and get the job done. I've done printing, shipping, and even Amazon returns at this location and I've been happy with every visit. Recently a self serve Amazon returns counter was added. It seems like a really great addition for simple, quick, scanned returns. I haven't been able to try it out yet because there's always been other customers using it but I'll get my chance eventually. The printing I've had done at this location has always been great quality and done quickly. There are mail boxes available for rent here as well. The shipping prices are comparable, in some cases slightly more, than USPS but there are times I feel more secure using UPS for packages. I live in a rural area and our local UPS drivers handle my deliveries with far more care than USPS so I'm hopefully that it's the same case in other areas when I'm shipping important items to others.

He made up a bunch of lies (such as they aren't associated with UPS, I need a QR code even though I had a prepaid label, the system won't let them waive the label printing fee) and then admitted that he just wanted me to leave the store. Really? UPS lost all all respect for not waiving the $2 printing fee on top of their crappy delivery service. What a greedy unethical business.

After attempting to go to different Post Office locations with long lines out the door and no parking, I made a decision to drive by my local UPS store to assess the situation. They had parking which was my first green flag, and when I walked in, there was no line! I was in and out of there within 5 minutes and the price to ship UPS 2-3 days, was actually the same, if not a couple bucks cheaper than priority USPS! So happy I made the decision to come here.

Today, Caitlyn is super! She helped bring it this 30 pound box from my car! Other times I've had another staff member bring large heavy boxes from my car. If it's too heavy, I have it disassembled and brought the sub assemblies in, then a staff member helped me pack them in larger boxes and tape them up for shipping. Great place to do business.

I primarily use the store for printing. The print and go option they offer is easy to use. Black and white printing is significantly more affordable than color. But printing on my own is more affordable than having employee help. I haven't interacted much with staff, but my few interactions have been fine.
