I genuinely hoped I'd have the same positive experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Jessica was always kind and pleasant when we did communicate, so I want to give her credit for that. However, communication quickly became the biggest issue. She repeatedly stopped responding to my calls, texts, and emails, leaving me wondering where things stood. Months passed beyond the tax filing deadline after I was reassured that everything would be okay, but I still couldn't get updates or answers. Eventually, I sent a polite email letting her know that if she wasn't able to complete my taxes, I completely understood and would simply find someone else. Even that message went unanswered. I truly wanted this to work because she came highly recommended, and I would have gladly continued using her services in the future if things had gone differently. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling that I couldn't rely on her to communicate or follow through. While others may have had a great experience, mine was frustrating enough that I can't recommend her based on the lack of responsiveness and professionalism I encountered.
