I've been to this location many, many times. The employees are friendly and efficient. There's a kiosk now for quick Amazon returns and UPS drop-off which saves a lot of time if you don't want to wait in line or if you're in a hurry. I've used the Amazon kiosk (it's a touchscreen) to scan returns where Amazon provided the label and I still have the box. There's a slot next to the kiosk where smaller items can go into the bin. The kiosk also provides a receipt (and a label, if you scan a QR code). For larger items, that don't fit into the slot, I wait in line to speak with an employee and get my receipt (proof of return). This location also provides mailboxes with an address not a PO Box number, shredding service, photos, and more. It's conveniently located near the mall and near Best Buy. read more

Worst store for Amazon returns. If your returning Amazon or UPS go somewhere else. Always crowded always 45 min even with 5 full time staff.

I bought a couple lawn chairs and cup holders from Amazon. Unfortunately, the chairs were not the most comfortable so I decided to return them, but I had to send them back to the third party seller instead of Amazon. It has been 3 weeks in the waiting to get the return issue squared away with Amazon. The third party seller and Amazon were not able to provide a pre-paid return label. How hard is that? Anyway, I finally got Amazon to provide me assurance that they will reimburse me for the shipping charges (even though it said free return at the time of purchase... funny, that free return blurp was taken down soon after I brought it to their attention LOL) after I have shipped the items back to the seller and received my refund. I was informed that I could use Pirateship to generate a cheaper shipping label, but I went directly with UPS Store instead. Sorry I had to provide some background... so now let's get to this review LOL. I went to this UPS Store in Victorville. It was kinda of messy in the back of the store with so many packages stacked up. They also provide P.O. mailbox options which is nice, but it looks tight back there though. The line was okay with about 5 people ahead of me. They could probably provide a better lining system... I felt people were just standing wherever that looked like a line. They got through everyone in reasonable times. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Thank you Valerie for your above and beyond service! My return package was 33 in x 26 in x 8 in at about 13.5 lbs, but they had to bump it up to 15 lbs... don't remember why. The total bill came out to be $100+. Definitely not cheap to return big bulky items. This was a lesson learned for me. I've had previous Amazon returns which were easy and simple, but this was the worst. The person that helped me was really rude and although I completed what I needed to get done, 2 days later, I'm still upset over the rudeness. Friday closing attendant was very rude. I arrived two minutes before closing and the doors were locked. Even as a customer left I asked inside to let me in to send out an Amazon return. Not only did she refuse to let me in, but with the rudest tone she told me they were closed. They are always open on time and prompt. Although the staffing is low for covid the wait is rarely very long. The one staff memeber is always wearing a mask and getting every guest taken care of in record time. 1 star is 1 too many for this place. I can honestly say that this is the WORST parcel company I've ever been exposed to. Definitely the worst experience, and I've been through the ringer with USPS before. I can't believe how rude and unprofessional the people are here. I was essentially called a liar and declined any type of real customer support. Hold on, let me jump on my soap box before I get started... ...... Let's start from the beginning. I had a pair of very expensive audio equipment which I sold and needed to ship. So, I wrapped up the items in bubblewrap, packaged it in the original boxes, and stuffed the boxes. I walked into the UPS store and asked specifically if I could have these treated as extra fragile and that I was willing to pay additional charges. I was informed that all I had to do was write the word "fragile" on the top of each box and it would be treated so. I then went on to purchase insurance to make sure I would be covered if there was any damage or if they were for some reason lost. I paid a premium for this and had no issues or complaints considering that I wanted to be certain I wouldn't get screwed. about a 5 days later, I am contacted by the buyer who sends me pictures of boxes crushed, and items cracked. She then informs me that they don't even work anymore!! I contact the UPS store at 12127 Mall Blvd, Ste A Victorville, CA 92392, and when I begin talking about what happened, I'm immediately reprimanded and called a liar before even getting through a quarter of my story. The manager or the wicked witch of the west abruptly stopped me, claiming that she was there when I came in to submit the items for shipment, and that her employee fully informed me of their insurance policy, and that they refuse to cover any damages. Let me be clear, if I was notified that their insurance didn't cover damages, I WOULD NOT HAVE SHIPPED THEM! I called corporate and they said they would look into my case if I had the buyer ship the broken products back to me at my own cost, and submitted this insane set of evidence and reports, most of which is almost impossible to gather. The laundry list goes on and on. Furthermore, I was reassured that I could simply write "Fragile" and my expensive equipment would not be thrown around like a pile of garbage. Clearly, this was not the case, see some of the photos labeled "Treated like trash." I would have been better off tying it to rope off the end of my bumper and dragging it across the country. Finally, the manager there is potentially the worst person I've even spoken to. There are a few people on skid row who were a little more rude. I literally felt like she spit in my mouth while I attempted to explain the situation. Stood in line over an hour to make a drop off return. Only two people working during Christmas Season. Makes no sense.

Made an appointment for notary services and was told I'd still have to wait in the 45 minute line. UPS is no longer the printing, shipping, notary store. It's the Amazon return store in all but name and once they lose all their other customers Bezos will buy it for pennies and it will be the Amazon return store in name as well. read more

There is a line always out the door. You can expect to wait at least 20 minutes outside before even entering the store. Then once you have made it inside there is another 10 minute wait. There is no sense of urgency in this store. It is horrible. Hate having to come here to take care of Amazon returns. They really need to change where Amazon items are returned since 80% of it is Amazon returns from what I have noticed. read more

So I called at 11am to see if the offered scanning services. I was told yes. I get there at 445pm stood in line until 5pm. Heard the employee say we are 2nd most busy store in the nation. They have two people working. Finally get to the register and both employees don't know how to scan. Wasted time. Train your staff. Or post a sign that a service isn't offered. read more

I had to come to this spot for a live scan. I had an appointment and when I arrived they told me the person who was scheduled to do my live scan had just left for lunch.. IDK y they would leave when they have an apt scheduled. So someone else attempted to do my fingerprints. They had no idea what they were doing and it took forever. Later i find out that my fingerprints didnt come out and i had to go back and do it again. This is a 40 min drive from where i live and have to take another vacation day to come and deal with their nonsense. the second time i went i tried to watch closely to make sure they were filling everything out so i didnt have to come back. the girl who did my fingerprints the 2nd time refused to sign the paper saying she was the one who did them that i had to turn into my employer. I took her name in case they didnt come out again but luckily they did. If you have to come here for a live scan good luck. You will need it. read more

The prices are ridiculous. They are not the same as mailing at UPS and when i asked the girl her reply was "that i don't know" she knows that they charge more but just didn't want to say so. I was charged $38 to mail a package and when i went online it would be $18. The actual UPS was already closed so i had no choice. I asked if i had printed the label at home could i drop off there and she said yes. So in the future that is what i will be doing.
