He said they couldn't order the part. I found the part online, new, within minutes and it cost $3.99. The worst part, they tried to sell me a cheap Brother machine and wanted to give me to trade in my machine (which sews perfectly), plus give me next to nothing for my very expensive machine stating I wouldn't be able to get parts for it in the future. They stood next to me the whole time. I asked one woman if they carried a certain foot, she went off " looking for more information". After 15 minutes she came back to the counter and started folding fabric again. She was the only worker that would speak to me. I had money to spend but I guess having children with you means 'do not help'. At that point I left. Walking out my 5 year old asked, ' we aren't buying anything?' I said 'not now', loud enough for the two ladies behind the desk to hear me. I didn't want to drive to Las Vegas but it is looking like that will be the plan. Wanted to have a local shop where I could upgrade my machine and get accessories. Not the case here.
