I was hoping that as time went by, they took the reviews of customers who were not happy to improve and provide better service. I can see they don't care to make improvements. I was thinking of suggesting them to a friend but wanted to check ratings first to see if they improved from the time I was in there several years ago. Sadly, they have not. I am very disappointed that the owner is still as much a snob as she was when I came with my bride. I will be recommending Bell Tower Bridal. Better service, better dresses, and enough pride in their business and work to conduct themselves in a polite and classy manner; which are two characteristics Boulevard Bridal & Prom lack.
