Gave me some advices and helped me choose the blinds that works best for me. Gave me a quote and timeline when they are able to have the blinds installed. Both Eric and Isaac is very professional and the entire process was painless. I let them know I didn't want any wires showing because it's in a visible and high traffic area. We ordered two sets of blinds from them. Each set has four blinds. James Yoo and James Yoon installed these blinds today. The installation was smooth and quick. They showed us how to use the remotes. These blinds work and look beautifully. They did an excellent job listening to us and following our HOA rules and restrictions. John, who came to our condo to measure the dimension, came up with a cleaver way to install these blinds in between two windows; all other contractors told us it couldn't be done.
