I contacted Hoa Brickley at Arctic Floral and explained our situation. She came though with incredible service, created a beautiful arrangement and delivered it 40 miles away from her shop, on time as a mile of semi's & pick-ups arrived for the celebration. Got to the car…read moreand noticed the sales receipt said I was charged $35.00 So I took the price tag (current sales tag) with the receipt and instead of getting my money back, got a lecture about how it was mismarked and the plants were never $25. He refused to refund my money so I told him from my experience it violated most commercial code laws to sell something with a fixed price tag and charge something other. I also pointed out how most of the other types of plants were not clearly marked for price. I will not return here and will advise my friends the same.
