I paid $75 for the arrangement and $12 for the delivery fee. I called the next day to ask for a reimbursement. The owner said she'd only reimburse half of $75. I see that I'm not the only customer whose order this business has gotten wrong. The attitude of the owner was cavalier and dismissive. I got the feeling that she knew the order was wrong.

Got to the car…read moreand noticed the sales receipt said I was charged $35.00 So I took the price tag (current sales tag) with the receipt and instead of getting my money back, got a lecture about how it was mismarked and the plants were never $25. He refused to refund my money so I told him from my experience it violated most commercial code laws to sell something with a fixed price tag and charge something other. I also pointed out how most of the other types of plants were not clearly marked for price. I will not return here and will advise my friends the same.
