Got to the car…read moreand noticed the sales receipt said I was charged $35.00 So I took the price tag (current sales tag) with the receipt and instead of getting my money back, got a lecture about how it was mismarked and the plants were never $25. He refused to refund my money so I told him from my experience it violated most commercial code laws to sell something with a fixed price tag and charge something other. I also pointed out how most of the other types of plants were not clearly marked for price. I will not return here and will advise my friends the same.

We ordered fence panels online, paid, etc when the order was cancelled by the Fairbanks store. Were they out of stock? NO! The exact panels were sitting out front as we pulled up. We go in, pay for them, asked for help, it took over 30 minutes, a call to customer DIS-service, and me running in to find a "manager". Any REAL manager would have 1-apologized for the inconvenience of the order being cancelled rather than the blank stare I got. Then he would've walked his rear outside and helped himself rather than, "Let me find...". Corporate needs to take notice. This store is dying and it's because of the way you don't care about customers.
