Neither Walmart where it was purchased or the manufacturer had one available. The young lady said, "I'll try." and sure enough Brown's Electric found one, it wasn't exact but it fit fine when he got home. He had asked how much and was told that when they get a lamp in that's broken or breaks, and the shade survives they just put it on a shelf and keep it until someone walks in and wants it. This family needs our oven! Next had a problem temperature sensor switch. Parts not made but Tod was able to cross reference with other parts and found a substitute that was in stock. The first part might have cost mor but I had no problem paying a bit more to save time and going back paid off.
