Her support was well needed and the personal care she provided to both my Mother & myself helped through this difficult time. I felt that the support I received was beyond expectations. After researching for hospice care, I chose With Grace because of their high ratings and they delivered.

They were caring and compassionate and spent the necessary time needed to answer any questions or to just put my uncles mind at ease that she was being looked after. Colby was exceptional at gently talking with him and explaining her decline. Fast forwarding to this past week, my uncle who started off 2026, in the hospital with some unexpected issues, declined quickly. After 12 days he came home on hospice and our logical choice was to use With Grace once again. We were blessed by the staff, but Colby in particular. She checked in on him daily and would gently talk with him and play calm music for him during her visits. When he became non-responsive she would continue to check in on him to monitor each stage and to make sure that he was comfortable. I appreciated her communication with me, our caregiver, and her amazing and calm approach. Each step of the process and engagement with their staff with both my aunt and my uncle, were exceptional.

Needed help transporting my 98-year-old mother-in-law home from rehab and needed homecare…read moretemporarily until a live in could be found. All Seasons Homecare was highly recommended to me by my attorney so I gave them a call. I talked with the owner, Lou Ann. She explained how everything worked and answered all of my questions. I knew after talking to her that my mother-in-law would be in good hands. This place is top notch and so professional. I used All Seasons for 11 days. In that time, all the caregivers showed up on time and gave excellent care to my mother-in-law. At the end of each shift, the caregiver would write up a summary of their visit online, letting me know how my mother-in-law was doing and how the visit went. These notes were very insightful. I appreciate how if there are any problems or questions you can contact Honor, the company All Seasons partners with, 24 hours a day. Very reassuring. Everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend All Seasons/Honor. Are they expensive? Yes. Are they worth it? Absolutely!!!! When you need homecare done right, this is the place to contact! Thanks Lou Ann, Christina, and all the excellent caregivers. You guys are the best!!!

We were given very short notice that mom was going to be released but Lou Ann and Christina met with us and mom to get better acquainted with her and her needs. Shortly after mom got home she had a virtual meeting with a therapist and with no way to conduct this meeting, Christina drove to the home to personally assist with the process. Above and beyond! An urgent staffing issue arose late on a Sunday evening while I was sitting in an airport so I called the 24 hour service number and within minutes I received a call back that the issue was resolved, another example of All Season's commitment to provide the best possible care to their clients and their families. All of the Health Care Professionals assigned to help mom have been very helpful, patient and kind (and mom can be a handful at times:) ) I also very much appreciate the fact that I receive daily reports once the homecare visit is complete that summarizes the visit. Living out of state this is beyond helpful. After reading the reports and finding out about doctor visits or therapist visits that occurred I am able to contact mom and discuss the visit, etc. Without hesitation I would recommend this organization for anyone who is in need of homecare services. The entire organization from Lou Ann and Christina to the personnel answering the 24 hour "hotline" is in my mind, without a doubt, the best homecare service available. Living out of state I am unable to oversee mom's care on a daily basis, but, in my opinion, All Season's professionalism coupled with their compassion reassures me that mom is receiving the next best thing to a family member being there

I have witnessed employees not wearing their nighttime pagers so that residents were ignored during the night, residents being given medication while lying down posing a choking hazard, residents handled roughly resulting in licensing and the police being called, dirty tables, walls, rooms and carpets. Many families have left due to their loved ones being neglected. Check online for all the lawsuits against this corporation as there have been many ranging from abuse, negligence, and injuries. The staff in memory care is very young, inexperienced, uneducated and lacking common sense. Med techs don't know common industry terms or practices. Turnover is frequent and disruptive. The building may be nice looking but residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care are unhappy. Please don't be fooled by outward appearances, check with state licensing for complaints and violations. If you have any choice at all, please place your loved one somewhere else.

We were referred to this provider from our insurance. We had home service for a late stage cancer…read morepatient. Her doctor at the Stanford Cancer Center asked her to get Physical Therapy. When we started with United Home Health, we had visit from a Physical Therapist (PT), a nurse, a social worker, and home aid worker. Among the four services, we were not happy from the Physical Therapist. The PT would come home and bring incomplete printouts for exercise. She didn't build any customized exercise plan nor evaluated properly the patient, and was unethical (she was cheating on her timesheet, spending 30 min but reporting one hour). After the second session, we asked to change to someone more experienced, and United Home Health sent a Physical Therapist assistant, who was even less experienced, and was literally reading out of the printout (like reading for a minute, and repeating out loud what was on the paper). We called the director of patient services at United Home Health and asked them to stop sending the PTs because we didn't think they were professionally skilled. The director didn't even acknowledge our concerns, and claimed that we don't understand what the patient needs. After that call, they didn't listen to us, and sent the PT assistant without any notice. We had to escalate to the CEO (left a voicemail). When we called the director of home services, the second time to repeat that we don't want the PT service anymore; she (Luisa) was disrespectful and didn't even apologize for anything. She went on to say: "We're going to discontinue you guys, and now you're on your own!", I wanted to reply to that, but she hang up the phone. They managed to make the cancer patient really upset. Unfortunately, like many healthcare professionals, they don't do what's best for the patient; they do what's best for their bottom line. The CEO didn't even bother to call me back after I left him a message, he texted me saying that the patient is officially "dc" (read discontinued) per my request. Let me ask you this: When was the last time you received a text message from a healthcare professional?? We believe than the patient has the right to question or refuse a treatment. Apparently United Home Health doesn't think that way, and doesn't listen to the patient. We called our insurance, and asked to change to another provider. We also felt bad because the nurse, and the social worker were good.
