The pricing for grooming is comparable to other groomers in the area. It's best to make an appointment as they tend to get busy. When the grooming is done they'll send you a text and you'll have a window of about 30-45 minutes to pick up your furbaby. The store is beautifully decorated and well organized. This is the reason I was compelled to visit. It's filled with all sorts of goodies from outfits, to grooming products, to pet essentials, to food. The treats are all made with ingredients that are safe for animals. They're a bit on the pricy side so be prepared.

During the service they also take pics and send them to you. I can't resist groomers sending me cute pics of my pup, of course. With her walk and full spa service, they were done in about 1.5 hrs. The 30 min walk was a great idea to introduce my dog to the groomers so I'm glad they offer it! She smells sweet, her nails are cut and everything from teeth to tail has been washed, brushed, and expressed. Booking was super easy, payment was very reasonable. Her groomer was on time and very communicative. Just an easy experience I'd repeat again!

It appears he received a bath only, not the full grooming service that was paid for. After this review was posted, the company initially apologized and offered a follow-up grooming with a different groomer to correct the issues. The night before the scheduled appointment, they canceled and stated that we were "not a good fit," issuing a refund instead. No correction was ever provided. It is also important to clarify that my dog's temperament was not the issue. Cowboy is a high-energy but extremely docile dog. He is well trained, listens to commands, and has never shown aggression. He is not vicious, violent, or difficult to handle. Suggesting that the incomplete groom was due to his comfort level does not align with his behavior or with basic professional grooming standards.
