As experienced pup owners, we knew what qualities we wanted, and didn't want in a pet sitter. We struggled to find someone that we trusted with our "baby" and access to our home. One afternoon, we literally bumped into Katie on the corner near our house, and had a quick conversation! That led to scheduling a meet and greet at our home. Chip immediately fell in love with Katie and we loved how thorough she was with all her questions and follow-up questions! Hubby and I immediately scheduled a date night! When Katie & Chip had their scheduled walk & play time, we got the best video follow-up, with a text letting us know how the visit went. Katie even followed up with us the next day to see how Chip was!! Needless to say, we consider Katie & the Nona Paws crew a part of our family. Super responsive, super responsible, and an indispensable part of having a pet!!

I saw it on my friends phone when traveled together and Nona Paws was caring for my friends pets. My friend has now used their service multiple times and feels completely comfortable with how they handle the house visits in her absence. The pricing turned out to be too steep for what we needed (long trip and two hrs/day) but it would have been a great deal if we had multiple pets as their price is per hour.

Grammy and her baked potato puppy wore Bama out and sent me pictures so often to ease my anxiety! I was a little nervous For how my dog would do in the evening because she has never slept alone, but Grammy wore her out and she slept all night! We used another service during our Thanksgiving vacation and two days in a row the sitter was a no-show, while we were hundreds of miles away creating a stressed-out vacation experience. Thankful to say, our sitter Mikayla not only showed up every day as scheduled, but she also sent updates via email for each visit per our request. Three times each day we got an update on Molly along with a couple of photos. Laura and the team made it super easy to get set up, to schedule the visits, and the overall experience was wonderful. Is Laura more expensive than the other service we used previously? Yes. Was she worth the extra costs? Absolutely. The peace of mind knowing that Mikayla was there each day and providing the updates created a stress-free vacation. We will be using their services again in the future.

I boarded my cat with Edgewood Pet Sitter for over two weeks during the Christmas holiday and had an amazing experience! Millie is the owner and so easy and pleasant to deal with! She treats every single animal with love and like they are her own! My cat was VERY well cared for and not kept in a kennel all day, which I really appreciated. I hated boarding him at the vet and him being stuck in a small kennel all day for over two weeks! I received daily updates and photos!!! They also sent him home with several Christmas presents! We also used their pet taxi service, which was extremely helpful with our travel schedule! They are licensed, insured, and CPR certified, which gave me great peace of mind. I checked in my two cats to be boarded in Miss Emily's Kitty Condos. The drop-off process was…read moreincredibly easy and the staff was tremendously kind. My cats had no problems getting settled on their first day, but one of my cats decided that she wasn't too fond of playtime and became stressed, sitting atop their condos and not allowing the staff to get her down. While this was happening, I was on a plane and had no access to my phone. The staff tried to calm my cat down and try to get her back in her condo. Unfortunately, she was stressed and didn't take kindly to being boarded even after being boarded before. The staff kept in constant contact with me, letting me know how my precious cat was doing and if she had come down. In the end, we had to have the cats picked up by their emergency contact and had to cut their stay short. With that being said, the care Miss Emily's staff had toward my cats (even while one was hissing up a storm) made me want to write this review, knowing that your pets are in good hands, even when things don't go according to plan. I would recommend Miss Emily's to anyone who needs to board their pet in Orlando, dog or cat, as they truly have your pet's needs in mind.
