I called Colair and I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. Technician Eddie Ramirez arrived at my home on time and as promised. Eddie greated me with a smile and a firm handshake. Im old school, so the firm handshake and eye to eye contact told me a lot about Eddie and I didnt even know him. Eddie asked me a few questions about my issue and explained to me in detail what he was going to do. Eddie went to work right away. Eddie's work ethic was thorough and professional. Eddie told me exactly what the problem was and showed me photos and a video of what he observed. To show me a video and pictures of the problem was exceptional customer service. Eddie could of walked in and told me anything but I could tell Eddie was proud of the company he was representing. Drum roll. Eddie showed me the bill to repair the problem. I was really hoping the matter was not major. The estimate was very reasonable and normally I would have no issues paying the cost for the repair. I explained to Eddie I was having a hard time due to the government shutdown. I had to wait until the boss, my wife, came home to see what we could. They ripped me off for 10,000 for a 3 ton unit that I didn't even need for the size \of my house. Now, 3 1/2 years later because of their poor installation I have to pay another contracter to fix their mess. I don't trust them and wouildn't even trust them to properly install a door knob on my door!
